Had a very pleasant and positive experience dealing with Prestige Gems, both the gentlemen and the lady at the store were very patient and beyond helpful with the process of choosing a blue sapphire and designing a setting for my requirement. They got a collection of ready-made jewelry and you could instantly notice the quality of their jewelry is specatular. The service was great likewise the quality of the jewelry were too, visited here for a bespoke birthstone pendant for my partner to match her birth month, i was impressed with the end result and how beautiful it turned out also their adjustable gold chains were definitely unique to me. I had a much more comfortable experience shopping here without being pressured to purchase anything. They never offered huge discounts saying today was a special day and still charge crazy prices like how some businesses offered me, their prices seem to be more real and not so overpriced and they were more transparent with their information. Definitely a recommended place to buy blue sapphires if quality is your priority.

Overall very pleased with their service, they were helpful and informative . As i recall all of their jewelry collections are set with Sri Lankan gemstones. Considering the quality of the gemstones and the finishing in their jewelry, I personally feel these were some of the finest I’ve seen.

I am really happy with my purchase and the entire experiece with Lankesha & Prestige Gems in finding an astrological gemstone that was exactly right for my requirement based on the astrologist. The whole process from her showing me the collection, to placing an order, through the shipment, and finally the delivery was smooth and reassuring. To be honest i found the blue sapphire (Neelam) which i purchased to be so much better up close than on the photos. Seems like they treat their gems with tremendous care and respect. Prestige gems truly stands by name and nature. I wanted to write a review after my second purchase ( as I usually don't do reviews after one try ) but I had to comment on this store after my third purchase of some exquisite jewellery. Despite my previous experiences with other jewellery stores in Sri Lanka, this stands apart. I wouldn't get into the semantics of gemology and how greatly this store has inspiringly mastered cutting and polishing of these beautiful gems but I'm even more pleased by the nature of the service. Sri Lanka is rich in its gems however the customer service to go along with it; manufacturing the jewellery according to our very minute details given to them, whilst them ensuring us that our desires have been entertained is indeed a pleasure. This is, in my opinion, one of and if not the best gem store/s in SL. A definite must visit and for the jewellery fanatics; a definite must buy.

I'm a little anxious when it comes to selecting jewelery or gemstones, since I'm not someone who has a wide knowledge on the topic, nevertheless this time I planned on buying something more luxurious for my girlfriend that she would love. Based on the customer reviews and a little bit of my own research I made the choice to go with Prestige Gems. I initially contacted them through their social media but later was advised to come visit their store so I could see the quality of their products to get a better understanding. When I visited the store and after few exhanges, you could tell that they are a very respectable family business. Not only was there a wide array of choice - you could see there was guaranteed quality - provided with certifications, reassurance on many fronts, great customer service and absolutely beautiful jewelry pieces itself. With my lack of knowledge on jewelry set with gemstones, they were extremely helpful and patient, and aided me in finding something my girlfriend loved.
