We have used them for the purchase of our first and second home, and should we move again, we will without a doubt work with them again. They make the process so easy by providing in-depth information, answering any and all questions, checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly, and finding the best mortgage options for their clients. David, Kelly and the whole team treated us like family the moment we walked in. I trust them and would deal with them blindly. There's no need to second guess yourself when you're working with someone of their calibre. I don't believe there is enough positive things I can say about them. They were patient and kind and made stressful times so much easier for us, they were always so quick to reply, whether it was for something big or small. Being self employed since 1980, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else except for Kelly and David. I’ve never left a review online for any service but this one deserved a mention and praise for the manner in which we were guided out of a scary financial situation and into a comfortable one by David and the team at Mortgage Intelligence.
