I have to say, Michael, I was not expecting this review??? Is it because I told you not to wash your car? Sorry, but this is a van park, not a car wash. There is literally a car wash not 5mins from us. If it's just echoing your wife's review, get a hobby.

A nice enough park with drive through sites with ample room, located next to the swimming lake and short walk into the town.
Unfortunately we didnt get the " welcome to our park, hope you enjoy your stay" feels from one of the owners, and any interaction felt like an inconvenience. Dog friendly park, but clearly not dog lovers.

Hi Beryl, we ARE actually dog lovers. We have a rottie. What we aren't lovers of, is people who think their dog can go wherever they go. And actually, that was never an issue with you. It was another gentleman who thought he could walk into the office with his dog when we have signs asking people not to bring their dogs in as we also have cats.
Not sure why you have a bee in your bonnet when the issue was with a different guest.

This was the best caravan park we stayed at during our road trip from Sydney to Perth. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and being able to have a campfire on Christmas Eve made our stay truly special. Highly recommended!

The caravan park offers a peaceful lakeside setting with well-maintained facilities. The takeaway menu has decent options and reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, though some sites could use minor upgrades. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing break near the water.
Terrible experience
Terrible customer experience.. swearing at customers is not acceptable under any circumstance.. failed to do a full refund after we struggled to fit our van on the site allocated. No empathy was shown… we were just snarled at..
Not a single cabin, inc the deluxe unit has a living space without a bed in it. So when you enquire and ask if there are any two bedroom cabins expect someone or more than one person, to sleep next to the fridge, tv and most definitely in the living area. ALL cabins, no matter how much or how little you pay, are two rooms BUT only one bedroom as expected - with only beds in it (no dining table, fridge, sink etc in the same room). Cabins, inc the deluxe are very very small. Service from new owners poor. Millicent great BUT would stay elsewhere next visit

Hi JJ, actually upon enquiry you will be told no, there are not any 2 bedroom cabins. Unfortunately, yes. We have bought a very run down park with great potential! As the funds become available, we are most definitely making changes including adding family cabins with more that 1 bedroom. As your profile only says JJ, I obviously have no idea who you are or how I can reply to "the new owners service is poor" or decipher what that even means to be honest. Your review is obviously just a dig at us for whatever the issue is and if it's the cabins, it's clearly out of our control at the moment as we literally took over in November!

A bed in the living area is not a bedroom
Not a single cabin, deluxe or otherwise has two private bedrooms. A bedroom here is considered wherever a bed may be placed. Only one bedroom is truly that and also private. The remaining beds are placed in the living area, inc the deluxe cabin, which by the way is not deluxe as a result and also very very small. Sleeping next to a fridge or a tv in a lounge is not worth the money you pay to hire these cabins and there is zero disclosure as to the actual real layout of each cabin. Millicent is worth a look but don’t book a cabin here.

Very well set up cabin ideal for a family stay. Cabin was ver clean,bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water and a lounge you could actually feel comfortable sitting on
Stayed in the queen bed cabin overnight and paid extra for the bed linen. The park is in a great location just minutes drive to the main street and local shops. It was peaceful and quiet, no noisy birds like others have commented. The cabin was awesome, heaps of room, separate toilet, spacious bathroom, the queen bed just fit in the bedroom but was comfortable enough. Loved the full sized kitchen making it an ideal place to stay for a week or two. Plenty of space, lounges and bedding for a family. Definitely one of the best cabins I've ever stayed in!

This place is fantastic, super friendly and helpful management. Its so peaceful and quiet - just what you need after a long day of driving! The cabins spotless and so spacious, the beds comfy and everything works as it should. Such great value for money I don't know why anyone would choose the cruddy motels in town over this park!

Great caravan park...we stayed in tents..reasonably priced. Great place to stay b4 Robe...Beachport...it's a pity the swimming lake wasn't open.. pet friendly
Had the best birthday week ever, and being able to walk 2min away for an early morning few laps, perfect (in summer). Jodie at the kiosk cooked my grilled fish to perfection. I booked the 1br Tiny House at the back and enjoyed views of the park trees and birds from my bed. Join up with Kui and you also get 10%.... I will be back.
Fantastic! I stayed in an un-powered site, yet still had access to all modern commodities! Kitchen, BBQ, laundry, shower, toilet and running water right next to me! The peace and tranquility of staying there is priceless! If I could have moved in, I would have! Millicent is such a beautiful, friendly, peaceful place to be even in the silly season! No sirens, no traffic, no arguing neighbors just the sounds of nature! Absolutely loved it! Thank you Derek and Jo!
