My experience with this company was very bad. I hired Miller Pools for a full service, once a week cleaning and maintenance (chemicals included) for $215 per month. Seemed like a good price for full service, and with my promotional mailer, the fourth month was going to be free. The service tech came and "cleaned" the pool. There was still visible dirt at the bottom, but the tech explained to my wife that there was a hairline fracture in the pool equipment that prevented the vacuum from working properly. A service person showed up a few days later, and informed us that the "call out fee" was $150 and it was an additional $20 to fix the problem, which was not a crack but a worn out o-ring. We agreed to pay, but weren't happy about the cost and the bad communication and didnt understand why we would be charged a call out fee that we werent told about. When we called to complain the person at the office said the service person incorrectly explained how the charges work to us but offered to refund the service only if we would allow someone to come to our house to remove the o-ring. I was shocked. I couldn't believe that this company that we'd hired to service the pool would willing send someone to our home to remove a critical component of the pool equipment, leaving the equipment inoperable. When we complained about this to the owner he said there is no way they would actually do that despite what his employee had said. The owner discounted what we had paid for the o rings but we no longer felt comfortable with the company. We made the very easy decision to cancel our service contract. It's been a week since our last service and the pool is already turning green. I wish I had never received that mailer. Find a different pool company, this one does not care about you.

Very disappointed with the service. I called to request a service call to determine who my return water had low pressure. The technician came out on Thursday morning and first tells me it was due to low water, I pointed out that the water level was where it should be, he agreed after looking in the skimmer basket. A while later he told me he was done, when I asked what the issue was, he replied he cleaned the filters, I asked if that fixed the problem and he replied" I think your pump is going out" ???? He tried to explain and I told him I would call the office. I checked my pool pump and now it wasn't working. I called the office and explained I didn't request a filter cleaning, I needed someone to check to see why my water pressure was low, I was told I wouldn't be charged for the filter cleaning..I asked when someone else could come out and check the water pressure and now the pump. I was told someone would call me and let me know.. 5 hours later noone had called me. I called the office and after a long wait, I was told it would be Monday, I explained my pump was working before the service call and now it's not, I needed someone sooner since 4 days without a pump was too long, I was told we'll that's when he'll be there. I called back and got a recording so I left a message asking for the manager call me to discuss. Here it is 3 days later and no call back. This is unacceptable service from any business. I had been a customer since September 2023. Very disappointed.. Update 4/21: was told store manager would call me today 4/22, guess what? No call Update 4/24...still no call from manager or anyone else

Thanks Miller Pools, we finally got to enjoy our spa! I love the Intellicenter you installed to control my pool and spa settings through my IPhone!

This is the fourth time our pool has mold since we got their service. I am not satisfied at all with their service.

Miller pools does a great job servicing my pool. The last few times I have had issues or something that needed to be checked a tech was out in 24 hours or less. Also, my pool is serviced weekly by Ray, who does an incredible job. If there are any concerns or messages that need to be relayed, Ray handles it immediately. Ray also does an amazing job with the cleaning every week. Highly recommend.

We have used Miller Pools for pool maintenance and repair since 2006. They are the best in the area. Felipe does maintenance on our pool and he does an excellent job! We are very satisfied with Miller Pools.

David is absolutely awesome! We bought a home with a pool for the first time and while all of Miller Pools takes care of us, I’m extremely grateful when David is my tech. I’m a “watcher” and have watched how he takes care of this puppy; thorough, doesn’t cut corners, tells me what to look out for. David - if you read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re a good man. Please don’t let this man get away from your team!!!

This is my 3rd pool company. Mike Hearn with Miller Pools is by far and away the best Pool Tech I’ve had!! He takes great care of our pool and always makes time to answer any questions I might have!!

David does a very good for me. He is very attentive and communicates with me very well. He stays on top of things and keeps me informed.

Our Pool Service with Jeremy at Miller Pools has been outstanding. We recently went thru the annual Oak tree leaves season with our pool and Jeremy took the extra time to make sure our pool was clean each week.
