Milk moms did a great job getting back to me within 24 hours after I submitted a request for a breast pump. They also accept most insurances which is so nice. Shipping only took a few days too which was great! I got the Spectra breast pump and it works perfectly. Thanks so much Milk Moms!

I give them a five star rating they made it easy for me to get on top of the line breast pump for only $50 out of pocket!! And send milk storage bags too! Thank you!
Had a great experience getting a breast pump through insurance from Milk Moms. Very easy to work with over the phone and email, and the pump arrived very quickly. I felt comfortable asking questions (very personal experience) , and will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Highly recommend.

My experience started out great- they were helpful and informative about getting me a great product. The week that I stopped in, I was told by them that apparently my health insurance just started paying for pumps in full and I was assured that they ran my insurance and that it was all covered! Months later and I am paying out of pocket for an expensive pump, they convinced me I needed. Not a word of an apology for their screw up, just “give us our money.” Don’t make the mistake that I did and assume this small business is looking out for you- they are a complete sell out like all the major cooperations. I would not recommend them and would highly advise you do a lot of research before you consider buying from them.

It looks like several others have had their issues with being told that insurance would cover their pumps, and then getting the bill for it months later.
ALSO, I kid you not, within two hours of my posting a negative review, they had an employee reach out to try and get me to take it down.

We did not try to get you to take it down, but rather we were trying to get more information from you and understand your side of the situation, as well as explain ours.
We reach out to each patient’s insurance prior to providing the service, however anything we are told is not a guarantee of coverage. This is a disclaimer we receive direct from the insurance and something we pass on to each patient as well, in an effort to be transparent about the process. Insurances do not allow us to submit claims prior to the service being provided, so an estimate of benefits is all that we can obtain. In instances where coverage is uncertain, we inform the patient of what we are being told. This is something that we tried to do with your order.
I apologize that the process did not go as you expected and would greatly appreciate if we could speak directly with one another to fully explain both sides.
