When we’re looking for day care last year 2024, my son makes me and my partner decide easily by showing his feeling happy and valued. We also felt genuinely welcome to the place - MILESTONES early learning centre is the place to be! At his age when he was just 14months he is not a people person but seeing Ms. Hina (the Manager who always assist and help us) he felt comfortable and settled really well with RACHITA, DILiNI and lately to Paulene as well and to the friendly chef who always say hi ✋🏽 to my son. After couple of weeks crying every drop off, now my son is always excited and happy to go to school. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you have invested in my son. He’s learning abilities and social skills have improved significantly in a short time, contributing greatly to his overall development. He has become more active, enjoys dancing, eat independently and even helps with household chores.
I strongly recommend this daycare particularly for working parents.

Our children attended this centre for two years . Hands down the best centre they have been to. We very much regret that we had to move from this area to a new area to live. my children loved all the staff here and their classmates so much. They always have new activities for the children everyday and keep things interesting. My children learnt so much here and focused on individual interest. The manager, Hena, is there everyday always welcoming our children every morning. I always felt her door was open and we could come to her for anything. Every single staff member in that centre went above and beyond for both our children and myself, even the chef was more than just a chef, he always made sure my children were fed even when I picked them up before afternoon tea, he would give them something to take home with them. The teachers are very experienced, warm, inspiring. we are forever grateful. We are still very sad we had to leave . They have become my kids second family . Thank you so much everyone at milestones .

The centre is very welcoming. I discussed my concerns of enrolling my child with the staff, but they assured me of the best possible support. Everyone at the centre has actively listened to and responded in time whenever needed. My child had never shown excitement for any of the past childcare services but here, she wants to go every day. -500 star review. We trusted this centre with our child and with the news that has come it we are beyond disgusted with how this has been handled. Our child was in the care of an affinity and we rapidly saw increased staff turnover, decreased staff morale and increased borderline neglect of the kids. On pick up the staff would not even be engaging with the children so from this we pulled out our child and left a scathing exit interview (which we were not contacted regarded). On my child’s very last day of care under the centre Joshua Brown was in the room. It has now been almost a year since the best decision we ever made from pulling our child out of the affinity group however unfortunately it appears it was a day too late.
And in light of the most current news regarding Joshua Brown we have not been contacted by email, phone or any other form of communication. I feel sick that affinity are trying to sweep this under the rug and hold zero accountability or remorse of what has happened. Another parent phoned the manager and was told that “Joshua was not in any of the rooms, he was just building furniture that day” to which I have photo evidence of him interacting with children from the centre. To blatantly lie when there is proof makes me sick and filled with anger. All centres should be shut down and all management be deemed unfit because this is beyond disgusting and a joke. How can you say you care for the children when you don’t give a single iota of remorse and only care about your PR. Never again will we be affiliated with affinity and I will discourage every single person I know from associating with any affinity centres.

When I bought in my daughter in 2023 the place felt different to other childcare centres I even mentioned that to some of the educators there as a parent it was shocking that you wouldn't be able to access the gate to enter to actually see the learning rooms and where your children are placed there's an internal reception that's where the parents are expected to wait for their child to come up I didn't feel comfortable with that that seemed to private as a parent I should be able to see my child in an open learning space I should be able to observe that through the glass windows I straight away took my daughter out as I didn't feel comfortable for her to continue going there and I gave that as feedback to the Center. Childcare centres should have transparency in allowing parents to see their children in their rooms. It shouldn't be like an enclosure where we can't see our children. This is a safety issue and I was unsure how other parents were oblivious to that and felt comfortable dropping off their kids to a centre that doesn't have that sort of transparency. In light of what's happening now in the media about multiple child care centres, I'm glad I trusted my gut and took her out, given that what was recently announced affected this centre too. I had to check my record and im blessed that she wasn't enrolled in the centre during that time.

Changing childcare centre is not easy. My son adjusted really well with everyone after weeks of him crying every morning I drop him off (which breaks my heart). But the educator were so patient with him, caring & made him feel loved, cared & supported. Now my son is always happy to go to his “school”, always looking forward to play with his friends. My toddler attends this daycare, and we've been here since we've moved down from Queensland. We've had the privilege of having two of our children attend Milestones Early Learning Centre Werribee over the past few years, and it has truly been an exceptional journey for our family. Today, we're celebrating the kinder graduation of our youngest, a testament to the positive and nurturing environment Milestones provides.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Erin Bonehill, the dedicated Centre Manager, and the wonderful staff, including Pauline, Dilini, Nancy, Shababa, Hina, and the others whose names slip my mind but not their impact. Their commitment to creating a friendly, warm, and understanding atmosphere is truly commendable.
What sets Milestones apart is the genuine care and attention each child receives. Once very shy and quiet, our children have blossomed into active and confident individuals, a transformation we attribute to the supportive environment provided by the caring staff. Though I can't recall specific activities, I remember that our children were always excited to go to Milestones, indicating that they were engaged in enjoyable and enriching experiences. Absolutely impressed by this center, we have been there almost the year and I have always been satisfied with the staff and staff management- Erin. They cater for our child's needs, go above and beyond and follow up on any requests, in person and app daily updates, go the extra mile to fill our child in for an extra day of the week.
We originally went center to center, trying to find one we are most comfortable with and we are very grateful we went with Milestones - Ballan Rd.

Do not recommend, we regret sending our son to this centre. We placed him here after a successful few transition visits but the vibe quickly changed when he started his full days. Teachers were happy enough but never enthusiastic or excited to be there - never reassured the parents either. We noticed a big change in our son when he started and he had gone from an outgoing confident boy, to a quiet and ‘in his own shell’ boy. He didn’t make any friends while there and it was noticed that this was never encouraged by teachers. In all photos he looked absolutely miserable and not happy to be there.
After a couple of weeks we were asked by a educator if he talks/communicates - bare in mind he is a huge chatterbox usually. Since starting he hadn’t been talking in the room and this was a big red flag for us. After a couple weeks we asked them how he was doing and the educators were unable to give us an update - they were unsure. This is when we decided to pull him out.
When we did pull him out we were told that he was ‘starting’ to settle in (it had been just over one month with no progress). They made us feel it was our fault that he wasn’t settling into their centre, saying we have come from NZ, had a new baby a few months prior and he had only been in a couple days a week. This was not a fair assumption to make as he was in daycare 5 days a week previously and is used to a daycare environment. Following this, an evaluation was quickly uploaded to storypark with no more then 2 lines stating Andre was doing fine. It was clear this was written to cover tracks if things took a turn for the worst, as it obviously had not been done in a timely manner.
We have since started our son at an alternative daycare 3 days a week and by his 3rd day he has completely settled and is back to his loud, chatty and confident self. Therefore it definitely was NOT our move, his sibling or the amount of days he was doing causing him to be unsettled, as Milestones assumed. I believe this centre care more about the money and rocking boxes then they do the actual children. We saw that first hand while our son was there and I will never recommend this centre to anyone! Absolutely shattered our hearts.

The educators at Milestones Werribee are so wonderful and the place itself has such a familial, warm vibe. The kids are all so relaxed and happy, as are the staff, which is so telling about the kind of place this is. Our toddler started there just one day a week at the beginning of this year, and it was really difficult for her (and for us as her parents) with lots of tears all round. But the staff were - and still are - so nurturing. Our girl loves going to daycare now and has the best time playing outdoors in the beautiful yard, eating the delicious food prepared on site, and learning from all her educators. We know we will stay at Milestones for her daycare and kinder days in the years to come for sure. 🥰

Staff are wonderful, my 2 little ones absolutely love it there. Watching them form strong bonds with their educators and their peers is truly heart warming.
Milestones have been a big part of our family for 3 years and I don't see us leaving anytime soon.
My youngest has an egg, soy and dairy allergy, so I was a bit concerned about this, but Erin and Hina ensured that he would be safe in his room and all food made for him will be safe to eat and so far we haven't had any issues 😊
The Chef is amazing, every morning he gives the kids a high fives or a fist pump.... He needs to share his recipes 😄
I can't rate it any higher, definitely recommend this centre. Wonderful staff, clean facilities, healthy meals, plenty of play-based learning and the kids are knackered when they come home.
