We honestly could not be more grateful for everyone at Milestones Keysborough. From the very first day we sent our daughter there in nursery all the way through to kinder, the love, care, and support from every single staff member has been incredible. As parents, choosing childcare is one of the biggest and hardest decisions, but sending our daughter to Milestones has truly been one of the best decisions we have ever made. The educators have always made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident that our daughter was in the best hands. What makes this place so special is not just the amazing service, but the genuine care and passion the staff put into every child every single day. They have been such a huge part of our daughter’s growth, learning, and happiness over the years, and we will always be thankful for that. Seeing how excited she was to go in every morning and how much she has grown in confidence and personality says everything. The team has created so many beautiful memories for our family and this journey has meant so much to us. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Milestones Keysborough for treating our daughter like family. We will always look back on this chapter with so much love and appreciation ❤️

Poor management of staff my son I was there so long started in the babies room then I got kicked out of centre they didn’t wanna problem solve the problem it was only too suit them very unprofessional in my opinion it could of been handled better I wouldn’t recommend too anyone here.

I would not recommend this childcare centre. There are some genuinely caring educators, including Quynh, Rose and Mandeep, who clearly do their best to look after the children. Unfortunately, the issue lies with the management. From my experience, management appears to prioritise cost savings over the quality of care. Staffing levels often feel insufficient, and decisions seem to be driven by numbers rather than what is best for the children. For example, staff are sometimes sent home if attendance drops slightly, which can impact consistency and support for the remaining children. A childcare environment should feel stable, well-supported and focused on the wellbeing of the kids. Unfortunately, this centre did not provide that level of confidence. They are purely profit driven, cutting costs as much as they can.

Both of my children attend this childcare centre, and choosing this place has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My youngest started in the nursery with Teuila and the wonderful nursery team, and they have gone above and beyond for her. Since starting, she has become so much more confident and chatty at home. She’s learning new words every day, and they’ve even taught her some sign language — which is just the cutest thing to see! It’s clear how much care, patience, and attention the team puts into supporting each child’s development. My oldest is in the 5-year-old kinder room, and she absolutely loves it. Every single day she comes home with the biggest smile on her face, excited to tell me about all the fun and engaging activities she’s done. She has learned so much — she started by writing her own name, and now she can write the whole family’s names! The progress she’s made is incredible. She loves kinder so much that on weekends she actually begs me to take her there. I couldn’t recommend this centre highly enough. The educators are caring, dedicated, and truly make a positive difference in children’s lives. We feel so lucky to be part of this community.

A big shout out to Nadia, Blanca, Suji & all the team members specifically seniors toddler room educators. It was our best decision to enrol our little boy in this center. They are doing their best & providing the best care!! We have seen a huge positive change in our son’s behaviour!! Highly recommended

Milestones EL Keysborough is a second home for my youngest. The continually updated pedagogy, policies and procedures gives me all the confidence that best practice is at the forefront here. I had high hopes from the centre but they turned out weird. I rang them to check if they have vacancies and they told me to send out an email and then I was told I can talk to the director and within seconds she was gone for a meeting. I did all the paperwork in the past and then I was told they don’t have a vacancy. Can you please tell us about the vacancies prior to the paperwork as our time is equally important as yours?

Bluebird Keysborough provides exceptional care for my child. we have loved everything about it from the modern purpose built rooms and spaces to the unique learning times they provide for the children. we love seeing the posts about the 'Tea Times' each week. The educators are dedicated, professional and loving with all children and families. It really feels like a second home for us and so happy we fount the service. No one answers the phone including their child care enrollment team 1800 number. I have reached out multiple times to try and organize a tour. Apart from the one time I ws able to visit the centre and chat, rest all attempts to contact or get a tour have been futile. Wonder if they should just say they're not interested??
