The educators here are exceptional, demonstrating genuine care and attention to my baby's needs and development. Their nurturing approach is evident in every interaction, creating a safe and comforting environment for the little ones. The communication with parents is commendable, keeping us informed and involved in our child's daily experiences. I am deeply grateful to team here for their dedication and the peace of mind they provide, knowing our son is in such capable and caring hands.

My first daughter has been going for a couple years now and I've never had a bad thing to say everyone there has treated my daughter so well which I can't explain into words. My wife and I decided to have another just so we could stay at the centre longer!!

Milestones EL Keysborough is a second home for my youngest. The continually updated pedagogy, policies and procedures gives me all the confidence that best practice is at the forefront here. She loves going each day and all the staff make an active effort to really know your child and nurture their development.

Great environment for the little ones! We loved how big the open outdoor play area was for them to explore. Our son loves the nursery room and his lovely educators!

As a parent, my child starts his first day since he is 6 months old. I would never forget how's every one in the centre help to settle him down. From a strong attachment needed child to a independent child who is brave enough to spend his whole day in the care centre. I always get updated on how my child develop and what is my child problems. The educators are helping my child and me to create a plan to stop or minimize the problem as well. 100% happy with how my child growth and learn.

I had high hopes from the centre but they turned out weird. I rang them to check if they have vacancies and they told me to send out an email and then I was told I can talk to the director and within seconds she was gone for a meeting. I did all the paperwork in the past and then I was told they don’t have a vacancy. Can you please tell us about the vacancies prior to the paperwork as our time is equally important as yours?

Milestones has been such a wonderful, positive place, The staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and the rooms and grounds are so clean. Maria & Blanca , my daughter’s educators and Centre management Elliee and Jenny are so fabulous and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep her and other kids engaged and learning. Bluebird Keysborough provides exceptional care for my child. we have loved everything about it from the modern purpose built rooms and spaces to the unique learning times they provide for the children. we love seeing the posts about the 'Tea Times' each week. The educators are dedicated, professional and loving with all children and families. It really feels like a second home for us and so happy we fount the service. My daughter has come in leaps and bounds since starting !!

No one answers the phone including their child care enrollment team 1800 number. I have reached out multiple times to try and organize a tour. Apart from the one time I ws able to visit the centre and chat, rest all attempts to contact or get a tour have been futile. Wonder if they should just say they're not interested??

Our little ones have been there since it opened. The facility is amazing & the educators are wonderful. We are truly grateful to have people at Bluebird that love & care our little ones as much as we do. Its like an extended family.

My daughter started at 8+ months as any first time mum you are so anxious to put your trust into someone you don’t know. Well it wasn’t like that at Bluebirds! They made us feel apart of a family. My daughter goes in everyday so excited to see her educators and friends. Thank you Bluebirds for being so awesome, caring and understanding.

Bluebirds have been amazing to work with. The whole process of moving centres was made so easy. All the staff are super friendly and put my mind at easy. Even the educators that are not in my daughters room are warm and friendly, especially Jen and the nursery educators who always great you with a smile when they see you at reception.
