Very happy with their service, especially since new management comes, they listen and solve the query straight away. My daughter is very happy in her class, all her teachers and staff is really helpful. Diana and Julie are really awesome. Very good to see atleast we find someone at reception.🙂 Definitely deserves for 5 star.

My Daughter has been going there since last year. Very pleasant and professional staff this childcare has. If we ever had any issues with the invoice or attendance they’ve always fixed the issues in timely manner. The director is really nice and very helpful. My daughter loves going here.

My son is with Milestones since 3 months now. it was his first time in child care and i was really worried to send him away from me but the educators here are so caring and friendly that in no time my son started looking forward to go to child care. and not only the educators but the staff at front desk are very friendly and made the admission process so easy for us. I am happy that i have chosen Milestones for my son as its a wonderful and secure place for my little one.

My son went to Milestones previously known as little champs from the age of 16 months old to 4 years kinder untillgraduation.He was initially diagnosed with global delayed development when he was 2.5 years old and then formally diagnosed with ASD and ADHD when he was about 4 years old. It was all good untill the management changed and little champs became Milestones, despite being a special needs kid my son did not get any proper support even though speach therapists and behaviour support therapists had been regularly visiting the centre and guided the kinder teachers and gave them strategies.Those strategies were never implemented. My son started avoiding and refused to go to kinder in mid year for unknown reasons yet no efforts being made to engage the child as this was mid year so we could not even change the kinder. The graduation day was the most disappointing our son as expected he refused to stay inside thinking we might leave him there yet no efforts were made to engage the child by centre. We were standing in one corner with our crying child.The certificate presenting time they were calling everyone name and saying few words about the kids about their hobbies/interests/strenghts and about their journey to graduation. Our son was the last one to call upon the stage and no words had been spoken for him as if he was never existed and never did anything in his 4 years in the child care centre. So if you have a child with special needs do not ever use this centre, non cooperative management.

My elder son used to go to this childcare and he had a really had a good time. When it was time to enrol my younger son, I don't even have to think. My mind is at peace since I know he's in good hand. Everyone take such a good care of her. I really want to thanks the staff specially Komal and Reet.I really appreciate all the love and suppor they giving. The front desk staff is brilliant, they always egar to help. So calm. Thank you for everything.

Excellent centre with personalised care for children. I cannot be more happy with my son’s childcare and I highly recommend this place to fellow parents. Educators go above and beyond to meet your child’s needs. They have helped me with individual plans and strategies for my son to help him cope up and adapt better at childcare. I have put my son at few other childcare prior to this , but I am most satisfied with milestones hoppers crossing and feel like we found ‘THE’ place for my son. Special shout out to kahlia, komal, lubna at toddlers room. Also, grace and ukti do a wonderful job in running the centre. Communication is excellent and the quality standards maintained are top notch . Highly recommended!!!

My Son is in this childcare more than 2 years now and we are receiving amazing services in terms of support, care and learning. All the staff including front desk are very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We were lucky we have chosen this centre. My son loves this place and so do we as a parent. This is one of the best day care in hoppers Crossing and Tarneit suburb. My daughter goes to this day care and she really enjoys the time she spent at day care. Greatest asset of this day care is their educator & staff. Thanks to Milestone team for their support and help.

They don’t care kids , not even offer them water to drink. They deserve not even star.

What a wonderful child care centre. This centre has a wonderful manger ( Gracy ) and her assistant ( Ukti ) they made my process of enrolling my kids easy as opening a social media account. Also you will find good environment and educators for a healthy a safe baby steps to you little onse. They are really looking after my daughters and informing me with everything one by one. Management is in a professional level and excellent on what they are doing. If you are looking for local safe and friendly service for your little ones then this place is the the best in the area. 🥰 Muhenad 🥰.

My boy has been happy to be this centre since he was 5 months old with warm welcome friendly staff. Gracey and Ukti are very helpful.

I am very Happy with the childcare. My 2.5 year old really enjoy being there and like his educator Komal. She always look after him as her own kid and always provide feedback about him at end of the day. Gracy and Ukti they both are very helpful, when ever I stuck somewhere related to administration work or any other thing they both always ready to help.

My kid's been with milestones from 7 months. The educators are very caring and has played a very important role in moulding my baby. The centre is very clean and the staff is very friendly and easy to approach. Always welcome us with a smile on their face.

Absolutely amazing environment and staff goes above and beyond to look after ur child. Would highly recommend.
