My wife and I have just started sending our 9 month old to Milestones and we couldn’t recommend it enough. His teacher has incredible and he already loves her so much after only having 3 full days. Highly recommend

Such a friendly and welcoming centre! The children and educators all seem happy and content. The director is so approachable and supportive. I definitely recommend.

Both my kids (1 and 4 years old) love going to Milestones Delacombe every day that they go! They are greeted every morning by each educator and my kids have the biggest smiles. The centre is so welcoming and friendly, with all staff showing genuine care and interest not only in my kids themselves but us as a family. This centre has an amazing family friendly atmosphere, with the educators going out of their way to get to know every child in the centre regardless of what room the kids or educators are in.

I took my daughter in for a walk through and was blown away by how supportive the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure that we both were happy and comfortable whilst being shown around. The centre is in immaculate condition and I absolutely will be sending my children here

My grand children are always happy to go to day care when I take them. The problem is getting them out of the centre, they don’t want to go home. I can certainly understand why. The place is so inviting and the staff there are absolutely amazing. A good centre is good if the coordinator is good. Since the new coordinator has been there the atmosphere is much calmer and my grandchildren seem much calmer also. Well done Natalie and her awesome team.

My niece and nephew both go here in 2 different rooms and thrive! The place is fantastic, awesome staff and the director is absolutely amazing very understanding and on the ball.

Our boys had been going to United since they were both 5 months old, and they absolutely loved it! It was and amazing and safe space for them. Unfortunately at the end of last year, they changed hands to the affinity group and became Milestones Delacombe. They way they handled the take over was so toxic and so damaging. It affected my four year old in the most traumatic way to the point we were seeking advice from medical health care professionals to help him. My little man started suffering from server bouts of anxiety and depression. He's only four. The idea of him having to go to that daycare every day just sent him it spirals of sobbing fits and anger, and him begging me not to take him there because he 'doesn't like what they do there'. We are at a new daycare now, and he is mostly back to his happy excitable self, and looks forward to going to daycare again. I highly recommend for your own sanity, and the well-being of your child, if your looking for a suitable daycare, this is not the place. We are still working through some of the traumas with our four year old. Damages that have been done, can't be undone. And these early years, are setting the kids up for the rest of their lives. Thanks to Milestones, we now need to put all strategies in place to help a little boy get past his nightmares. My only regret is that I didn't take my boys out of Milestones sooner.

I couldn’t recommend united children enough. My son has been there for three years now and he loves it. Have just enrolled my eight month old and he has been welcomed with open arms . Staff are amazing . 10/10

Our little man has been well cared for since 6 months old by all the wonderful staff and he seems to love going to his daycare which he does 5 days a week while I work, the initial transition has been quite smooth and put my mind at ease returning to work. I get updated throughout the day as to his feeding, sleeping and a daily summary and photos via an easily accessible app. I was initially drawn to this centre after having toured a few others by its organisation which is something very important to me.

United Children have been so warm and welcoming to my family. I am confident leaving my most cherished in their very capable hands. They have friendly, approachable staff, the communication is fantastic and they care for the children as if they were their own. Thank you, United Children.

The care the staff at United Children provide our daughter is sublime. Like any parent, our daughter is our most precious treasure and we did a lot of research before settling on a child care centre. United Care impressed us from the beginning. The centre is spotless and geared towards learning. We are very impressed. Thank you to all the staff for your work.

I’m an educator at United Children and can’t express enough the utmost care and adoration the educators have at our centre, the children are amazing and we all love coming into our job to see all the smiling faces.

I am working in United Children for 2 years now, and I can say, I enjoyed working in this place, where i met lovely children and their families. Which I can showcase my passion in Early Childhood Education and Care through very supportive management. Seeing those lovely and smiley faces of these little humans make me motivated to go to work everyday. Watching them grow, learn, explore and wonder makes me more inspired being an Educator.

I would not recomend sending your children here. They failed to have adequate staff on to enable staff to take toilet breaks which was a concearn as my son had to wait to have his nappy changed.

United Children have been nothing but friendly and professional, right from the first phone call. You are always welcomed with a friendly face. I feel that the centre has a very strong approach to multiculturalism and do this remarkably well. They celebrate and mark many cultural holidays with fun activities. My kids love Dreamtime stories and also count and sing in Italian. I would recommend the centre to anyone.
