Milestones Delacombe has worked absolute wonders with my kinder girl in the few months that she's been there. I've seen such a difference in her both socially, behaviourally and academically. I love that the educators will make time to have a conversation about your child and their needs, and appreciate all feedback they are given. My only negative is that I wish I brought my daughter across sooner. Her kinder teacher is absolutely incredible. Kim was absolutely amazing when I was bringing my baby in, nothing was too much, and would go above and beyond to ease my concerns about sending my baby to childcare. My concerns were purely about his heart condition, not about the centre or educators. All in all, I highly highly recommend this childcare centre to anyone looking for care, especially Kinder!

Milestones is a wonderful childcare that puts the children and parents/caregivers needs and wants highly. They update you on the days spent there the routines ,photos ,events etc. new management has been a brilliant change for the daycare even with some bumps early on. My child loves her time here.

Both my kids (1 and 4 years old) love going to Milestones Delacombe every day that they go! They are greeted every morning by each educator and my kids have the biggest smiles. The centre is so welcoming and friendly, with all staff showing genuine care and interest not only in my kids themselves but us as a family. This centre has an amazing family friendly atmosphere, with the educators going out of their way to get to know every child in the centre regardless of what room the kids or educators are in.

I took my daughter in for a walk through and was blown away by how supportive the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure that we both were happy and comfortable whilst being shown around. The centre is in immaculate condition and I absolutely will be sending my children here

My grand children are always happy to go to day care when I take them. The problem is getting them out of the centre, they don’t want to go home. I can certainly understand why. The place is so inviting and the staff there are absolutely amazing. A good centre is good if the coordinator is good. Since the new coordinator has been there the atmosphere is much calmer and my grandchildren seem much calmer also. Well done Natalie and her awesome team.

Our boys had been going to United since they were both 5 months old, and they absolutely loved it! It was and amazing and safe space for them. Unfortunately at the end of last year, they changed hands to the affinity group and became Milestones Delacombe. They way they handled the take over was so toxic and so damaging. It affected my four year old in the most traumatic way to the point we were seeking advice from medical health care professionals to help him. My little man started suffering from server bouts of anxiety and depression. He's only four. The idea of him having to go to that daycare every day just sent him it spirals of sobbing fits and anger, and him begging me not to take him there because he 'doesn't like what they do there'. We are at a new daycare now, and he is mostly back to his happy excitable self, and looks forward to going to daycare again. I highly recommend for your own sanity, and the well-being of your child, if your looking for a suitable daycare, this is not the place. We are still working through some of the traumas with our four year old. Damages that have been done, can't be undone. And these early years, are setting the kids up for the rest of their lives. Thanks to Milestones, we now need to put all strategies in place to help a little boy get past his nightmares. My only regret is that I didn't take my boys out of Milestones sooner.

Our little man has been well cared for since 6 months old by all the wonderful staff and he seems to love going to his daycare which he does 5 days a week while I work, the initial transition has been quite smooth and put my mind at ease returning to work. I get updated throughout the day as to his feeding, sleeping and a daily summary and photos via an easily accessible app. I was initially drawn to this centre after having toured a few others by its organisation which is something very important to me.

The care the staff at United Children provide our daughter is sublime. Like any parent, our daughter is our most precious treasure and we did a lot of research before settling on a child care centre. I would not recomend sending your children here. They failed to have adequate staff on to enable staff to take toilet breaks which was a concearn as my son had to wait to have his nappy changed.

Like any child care service, the day to day routines can become unpredictable.
