Unfortunately, things have gotten worse at this centre. At one point, my child enjoyed coming here, but ever since the ownership changed, I've became concerned about bringing my child there, so I've removed them. The amount of staff turnover is out of control; I found it difficult to receive information about my child's day from the staff and felt uneasy when some of them didn't know who I was talking about. Every week, there would be emails telling you to keep your child at home or to be the first in best dressed because of staffing shortages. Steer clear at all costs.

Wow this place went from fantastic to a flop in the last 12 months since the new company has taken over. Has lost lots of amazing staff and is screwing over the good ones remaining. My daughter dreaded coming here by the end. Would come home filthy. I'd ask her what she did for the day and she responded " I just waited for you so I could go home" very heartbreaking. I wish I'd removed her sooner. Towards the end she had a little mess from toileting and didn't get any assistance to help clean herself up even though she said she told the Educator, she couldn't even access her bag to get clean clothes as the bags had been taken out of the room towards the end of the day for cleaning.

I cannot thank the team enough at Bk’s. With a few new changes of management, the team here are fantastic. My two children attend full time and have never been easy meeting new people however they have unconditional love for all staff here, I cannot thank you enough. They have learnt some amazing things recently such as recycling which we have implemented at home ensuring we protect the environment; correcting mum if I do something wrong. Then to good choice and wrong choices, identifying rights and wrongs which is fantastic. They understand these words better then yes and no. Thank you for everything you do. You all have made such a great difference in my children’s lives and mine.

I recently started employment with Bk's, coming from 6 years experience in Outside School Hours Care, I find this family operated company brings elements of respect, courtesy and care towards their employees and clients. It is a special environment to work in, as there is a high energy, coupled with a peaceful and nurturing atmosphere, including lots of colour, and the environment is always clean. I find the management team is well grounded and highly experienced, they are calm and thoughtful and considerate, they acknowledge individuals uniqueness and everyone is valued and feels important who walks through their doors, they are acknowledged. I think this service is worth a look, if you are thinking about a stable space for your child/ren.

My daughter has been going here since she was one year old. She started off as part time, and now at 4yo she is full time between kinder and day care. Some staff have changed but most have stayed the same, they helped with her separation anxiety at the beginning, and were so understanding. When new staff have come through the center, she is excited to meet someone new, but loves the ones that she has known forever. She has learned so much from them all. They keep you informed on what is happening and what they're learning that day

I have never been made to feel so deeply ashamed as a parent than I was made to feel by the management and reception staff at this facility. Having a child with severe separation anxiety is difficult enough to try and transition into care, without being made to feel like a complete burden and inconvenience. Being abruptly told "I do not have the staff to worry about your child." How a person with such little empathy, compassion and patience can be in this profession is beyond me. We came here desperatley hoping for understanding and guidance from trained professionals. When trying to communicate this, the owner just walked away leaving a smug and antagonistic receptionist shaking her head at me. I hope no other parent is made to feel this way in the future.

My daughter loves going to bks,the staff are amazing amd so patient with my daughter,they always ask things about her so they are aware and are just generally so good with her we’re having a great experience at bks 👌

Di & Sean have done a wonderful job setting up the (new) BK’s centre. Our kids genuinely love coming to “Kindy” each day. BK’s has a caring, stimulating environment for the Kids. The centre itself is very aesthetically pleasing, clean & modern. The staff show a caring and nurturing relationship towards the kids. And as a whole, the centre allows children time to explore and learn new activities. We feel extremely satisfied that BK’s Early Learning Centre supports all aspects of our children’s development, including their social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs.
