My daughter has been attending Milestones for 3.5 years and I have been extremely happy of the care and support she has received during this time. This daycare truely cares for your child and is consistently evolving in improvements. A massive shout out to Miss T and Miss C in the Kindy room that has provided my daughter with so much care and support building on her resilience and confidence making her ready for school. My daughter was always greeted with a friendly smile and a big hello from all the educators in different rooms. A big thank you, we will miss everyone there!

We absolutely love Milestones Tingalpa. We moved from another daycare 6 months ago, and could not be happier with the overall improvements in our experience. The staff are incredible and so caring towards my little one. They are so consistent with sharing regular observations and ensuring we are on the same page with child development plans. I really feel like they are part of my team helping my child to grow into the amazing little human that she is. Could not recommend this centre more!

I cannot speak more highly of this place! As a first time Mum I was very nervous about starting my kid in Daycare at nine months old. Every single one of the staff members whether it be in the admin office or educators have been so wonderful. They all really took the time to get to know my son and me and help us with this transition. My son is now thriving and sometimes I think he loves Miss Julie more than me!!! The facilities are clean, the educators provide a variety of activities and ask you what areas you want to develop your child in and make sure that they try to work on those throughout the day. The centre uses Storypark and regularly post lots of photos and personalise updates on my child’s development which gives me peace of mind when I’m at work. I really cannot recommend this childcare centre enough! A big thank you to all of the staff and educators my son has come in leaps and bounds because of your care so thank you 🙏

My daughter attended the centre for just a little over 3 years. We have just left the centre on such horrible terms. Since the new centre manager took over it has just been absolutely applauding. My daughter was going through a rough time and even though they said they would help assisting me with a tough time they instead threatened me and my family if she displayed continued behaviours they would terminate her placement. None of these behaviours were ever brought to my attention prior to the threat. Several times at pick up my daughter was in a room excluded from the rest of her friends and the when asked the carer said she was having a hard time so they excluded her. On another occasion at pick up my daughter was facing the wall her back to the rest of the class on an iPad and again when asked, they said she wanted the iPad so they gave it to her. This feedback was passed on the the centre manager who said they would follow up and get back to me and they didn’t. Concerning given it’s meant to be an education centre not a glorified babysitting service. After several meetings they made no effort to comfort me that any positives actions were being taken to make my daughters time any easier. Updates of the children’s day dropped completely to once a week of you were lucky. Progress report was whipped up because I asked for it so her last 12 months had not been tracked. And lastly her years art works were again only supplied because I asked for it and it was just disappointing, normally those folders are bursting but it was literally what they could find and slapped her name on it. In saying this there are a handful of carers that do care and love the children and comforted me during the stress the management put me through and for that I thank them. Affinity group are money driven and don’t care for your child one bit. Definitely stay away.

Amy and staff have been nothing but great for my daughter and family, I love being at work and getting updates on how she's going through the day, the centre is always clean and well maintained, it's a very happy and positive environment, 5/5 recommend Milestones Tingalpa!

Absolutely recommend milestones Tingalpa, my experience with this centre has been amazing, I started sending my daughter here when she was 3 months old and 4 months later she has made remarkable bonds with her educators in her room.. makes drop off so much easier and peace of mind for myself seeing her smiling whilst with her favourite educator Miss Hannah. Miss Amy is the first point of contact upon drop off and pick up and she always says good morning and good afternoon to the parents and children every day which puts a smile on not only the children’s faces but the parents. I love the fact that miss Amy has so many bonds with not only my child but all the other children in the centre which is so comforting that she cares and nurtures our children whilst they are in the centre care. The staff are always on the ball and make sure to tell you what your child done through out the day, what they’ve eaten and how many sleeps they have had which makes it easier to understand what my child’s day was like. I would not send my child to this centre if Miss Amy and Miss Hannah did not work here. All of the educators I have met that work in this centre are always so uplifting and happy which makes it so much more easier to leave my child in their care. Miss Amy is doing a remarkable job at running the centre. I could not be more happier to send my child to a childcare centre like Milestones. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful two years at Milestones with two children there- from baby room to mini kindy. The centre is spacious, beautifully maintained, equipped and clean. The staff turnover had previously been moderate but in our second year there with the new management, was much better, and the staff notably happier & staying. Our kids bonded strongly with a few key educators and we really saw a difference in the centre. Communication with the staff and parents was high standard, we always felt informed. I felt the centre really listened to us and worked with us with things we had going on with our kids, and we also saw, with new management, a significant drop in the amount of illness outbreaks & sickness brought home! Winning 😁😁 they were meticulous with hygiene! We are so grateful we chose Milestones for our kid’s first centre based care, and we have only moved as our son started PrePrep at his future school, and we were able to get our daughter into care there too, so as to have one drop off/pick up (and it’s her future school). I definitely recommend this centre to anyone in the area.

The management and staff at the Tingalpa Milestones centre are fantastic. We have had our 3 boys go through the centre and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The educators are so nurturing and approachable. Highly recommend this childcare.

My two kids are really happy here - we’ve got one in the Nursery and one in Kindy and they’re really settled in now. The little one is even holding their hands out to the teachers in the morning. I love seeing the photos in the day while I’m at work and it’s nice to hear the older one talk about all the things the teachers do with them. A great comfort to know our children are so happy seeing as we’re only new to Brisbane.

Our grandchildren started at this centre a few weeks ago and they have settled in beautifully thanks to the caring and dedicated staff. The centre caters for the needs of the children beautifully and they always seem happy and engaged. I love the communication and receiving Storypark updates that allows us to see what the children have been doing.

The start was amazing. He had lovely educators and I felt genuine care. The centre manager Sara was sensational and the team there were brilliant. Miss Caddie, Miss Sammie Miss Tracey all AHMAZING!! My son adored them. As he started at just after 2, he was kept in the smaller room for his first year. He then skipped 2 classes to get to mini kindy and it was terrible from there. There was an immediate lack of care. He went through about 5 different carers in the class with minimal communication. He would be distraught from the moment he woke up to when we got there screaming he didn’t want to go there. He was always starving when he got home (only when in the bigger class) and often told me he never had water. He was often hit by one student, which my mother had witnessed one day as she tried to calm him as he hit hurt and a teacher. I spoke about concerns twice and nothing was done: it continued to happen and my poor son was so anxious going there. Miss Molly tried her best but often felt like she lacked support and was trying as hard as she could. We didn’t want to leave in fear he would be unsettled at the new daycare but he is SO much happier. It’s a smaller daycare and everyone cares about him and he likes going. I hope Milestones can turn back into the centre it was at the start of our journey!

My son was at Milestones Tingalpa from 5 months - 11 months before I had to pull him out due to poor communication and attention to his needs. The start of our daycare journey was great but as he got older, I feel less attention was on him and he would always come home hungry, dirty and tired. After speaking with management and his educators multiple times about his needs for naps and bottles etc his care would improve for a few days then would go back to neglecting his need for sleep and bottles/food. We were left most afternoons with an extremely upset baby who was incredibly overtired and hungry. A few other things to note - their phone lines are down quite often with no alternate way to get in contact with the centre in case of an emergency - Constant cost cutting measures with no discounts to the parents including the recent floods, when they had to close for a day but still choosing to charge families even when there is government flood fee assistance to waive the gap fee for families. - Extremely high staff turnover in toddler rooms including new staff leaving weeks after starting, this resulted in staff shortages and parents would be asked if they can keep their children home to help with ratios Since changing centres, our little boy is napping when he needs, being feed when his hungry and comes home such a happy little boy and I could not be happier I made the decision to move on. I would highly recommend looking at an alternate daycare to send your child and not choosing Milestones Tingalpa.

I contacted via email but got no response. Then I used the contact form via their website and got no response. Then I phoned 2 different phone numbers - left a voicemail on one and got no response to my voicemail. The other number, the lady was rather dismissive and said "I will respond to your email" but it is 9 days later and no email-response or any response to my 4 contact methods. If this is the poor communication the daycare provides, I would be worried for parents trying to get hold of the daycare or the communication the daycare has about the kids attending. I thought they would be as great as other Milestones but unfortunately not. I suggest either a different Milestones or different daycare provider than Milestones Tingalpa. Even an acknowledgement or polite "No" for enrolment is better response than no response
