The support I’ve received as a parent, along with the love and care every staff member shows the children, truly doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m incredibly grateful for the environment they’ve created and would highly recommend Milestones Riverstone Rise to anyone looking for a caring and supportive centre

A daycare I completely trust with my daughter Emma, Jess and the whole team at Riverstone Rise have been absolutely amazing to deal with. As a first-time mum, I was very hesitant about sending my daughter to daycare, but they have always made the process so much easier and helped ease my mind from the very beginning. They keep me updated throughout the day and always let me know how my daughter is going, everything from how she ate to how long she slept. That level of communication means a lot and really helps build trust as a parent. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. The centre has so many activities for the kids that keep them entertained while also providing great learning opportunities that keep their busy little minds engaged. One thing I absolutely love is that they have a personal chef on site who prepares fresh meals every day. My daughter is always well fed with nutritious food and never comes home hungry. I’ve even had the chance to try the chef’s cooking myself and it’s delicious! I truly trust my daughter in their care and I’m so grateful for everything they do. I would 100% recommend Riverstone Rise to other parents looking for a supportive and caring daycare. Thank you again Emma, Jess and the team!

We have been using Milestones Riverstone for almost 2 years. The changes Dan has implemented have been amazing and it’s obvious how seriously he takes his job. Any concerns or issues are addressed promptly and discreetly. The centre itself is clean, welcoming and full of the wonderful projects they do during the day. The educators are dedicated, accomodating and go the extra mile to ensure smooth drops offs and comfort for big feelings. Our experience so far has been great and only improved with time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service ever since the Director Dan has come along he is easy to talk to and know hows to navigate tricky situations that do arise from time to time overall i am so pleased with the service and it is thanks to Dan (the director)

Worst center my kids have ever been too . The smell when you walk in is not good and the cleaning and hygiene is definitely not up to standard.. there are no resources in the kindly room for the kids to play with just alot of broken toys ... outside play area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in God knows how long / same as the inside ... very disappointing 😞 had to remove my kids due to the cleanliness, lack of resources and no structure or routine...

I love this centre! Dan, the centre manager, is so amazingly welcoming and always willing to help no matter what! His charisma and positive energy is infectious! He has been nothing but amazing. He’s never allowed to leave. 😂 The nursery staff are amazing, they’re open and communicative and so dedicated! Lily and Tiah in the baby nursery made the change from being a SAHM to a working parent so much easier and less stressful. I will forever be thankful for everyone and their efforts. ❤️

Really love this childcare Center. My daughter has attended for 2 and a half years and has flourished tremendously with the care of the educators. Great resources for the children and the curriculum is well planned for children of all ages, cultures and very inclusive.

My son loves the centre and all the educators. He has developed and grown through 3 different Rooms Starting off in the nursery and has had a wonderful experience in all . They provide a good variety Of food too.
