I had my son in this centre for 4 years, was the best decision ever. We travelled 1 hour each way just to attend but have since moved and made the hardest decision to change him to a closer centre. The staff here are absolutely amazing, caring and very easy to communicate with. They have shaped my boy into being such a caring boy and I can not thank them enough for their support. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. There is no better childcare in Ipswich then Milestones. Thanks again for all the hard work you guys put into my son, it has definitely not gone unnoticed.

Iv Enrolled my 9mth old with this daycare and WOW. Not only on the first day they had him asleep in the crib for an hour, they got him on the bottle (he's breastfed) and usually hates bottles!!! I also always collect a happy baby. And he's not getting seriously smashed with sickness either, would recommend this daycare to absolutely anyone. 💯 Ang has also been amazing to deal with plus his teachers. Honestly I cannot praise this daycare enough.

My kids has been attending this centre for over 12 months. My daughter attended the kindy last year which was a wonderful experience and set her up well for attending prep this year. All of the educators are very attentive and my daughter thrived and her confidence grew in such a supportive environment. My son has been attending the centre for over 12 months, initially in the nursery and now in the toddlers room. He loves going to day care. The educators provide a great variety of activities, there is a great outdoor area and he is thriving and learning so much. We love this centre and definitely recommend it!

I was very hesitant enrolling my daughter in daycare after a not so pleasant experience at her first centre, however Milestones and their educators have been amazing for my little girl. She went in very shy and within 3 months she's now thriving. She is learning so much and found a new level of confidence. The centre has definitely left me reassured and confident to leave my daughter in their care.

My little one has been attending milestones Ipswich for 4 months now and we absolutely love it! The nursery staff are always so friendly and tend to my daughter’s needs straight away. They show genuine care for my daughter and as a first time mother that means the world to me.

My daughters attend Milestones and absolutely love spending their time here. Educators go above and beyond to form beautiful relationships with my girls. Highly recommend!

Our toddler Blake has attended here for some months now and i have to say she has excelled in every way . The staff at Milestones are very professional and we can definately see it is not just a job to them as they treat the children like their own . We are so grateful to all the staff for taking such great care of our daughter every day she attends . We highly recommend Milestones North Ipswich . Thankyou .

If I could less than 1 star I would. My child was not taken care of properly and was left lethargic for decent amount of time before even calling me. The staff just gossip and are more interested in trying to talk about each other that your children come second to their conversations. The walk through for this centre was amazing and for the first few times I picked up my child it seemed amazing and then the cracks started to show as they couldn’t be bothered to even hide their laziness from a parent anymore. Incident reports don’t get filed out and you don’t even get told that your child has been injured. Disgusting centre with disgusting care for children. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My 3 little have been attending since the beginning of 2021 and honestly I’ve had the greatest experience at milestones north Ipswich! Staff are always so positive and understanding. My children have progressed tremendously and my kindy girl will be ready to start prep next year thanks to their hard work and dedication. Always have had excellent communication and staff are quick to alert me to any issues regarding my children. Couldn’t be happier 😁

The educators look after both my boys and I can’t be happier leaving them with such caring, wonderful people. The ladies at Milestones make sure all my boys needs are met. Angela is an amazing centre manager and is willing to answer all the questions I have for her. I couldn’t think of a better centre to send my boys to.

This centre is amazing. The quality of care my daughter has had since she's started has been great. They're so patient with her as she adjusts and meet her every need where possible.

I have worked here for over six years. The teachers care about the child. They help the families by taking in their needs and making it a priority. It provides a loving family environment.

My son went there for 10 months. And he was never happy. I thought he was just shy so couldn't easily fit in there. But I realised it was just the centre not him since he is very very happy in different day care centre now. He liked Miss Pare because she was more caring than others. I could tell she knows what he likes and his characters. But after she was placed in a different room, he really didn't want to go to the centre. We had some drama there like he fell from the slide and got big bruise on his eye. It was horrible and I wanted to know what happened to him but couldn't get a detail well. I also got some pictures that he was left out while other kids were doing some activity together. So I asked if there can be more inclusive but all I got from them was he didn't want to join in. I could tell he wanted to join in by the look of face but just he probably felt uncomfortable with other kids. Now he is really happy in more inclusive and caring centre. I still have those photos in my phone that my son looks so depressed in the centre and bunch of left out pictures at the corner of the room. It is heartbreaking. The worst thing that I ever did to my son must be to send him to this kindy.

I love how the centre are created a good environment in nursery room for my little one and have a good care.
