Milestones Early Learning is an incredible environment. Stacey the director is very supportive and always welcomes us with a smile. My children absolutely love going and never get upset to go. They feel sad and secure in both of their rooms. All the staff are always available to help and assist wherever needed. Food and Nappies are also provided which makes it easier for daycare days. We love Milestones Southside

Our son has recently started at this facility and I can’t recommend them enough! Our little boy is very shy with new people & hasn’t had a lot of time around other kids at all due to living rural. The way the whole team have welcomed him & taken him under there wings is just amazing & so nice to see and hear as a first time mum, we get constant updates on pick up on how he is going & settling in which is really reassuring. Within the last month Both us and his educators have noticed how much he has come out of his shell more and more and is now interacting with the other kids and is genuinely loving it! which for us is absolutely amazing. To all the educators in the Jnr Tod room Thank you for all your hard work & patience’s with our little man it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. ☺️

Milestones Gympie have been absolutely incredible - all 4 of my children have attended and thrived in the nurturing and caring hands of all educators. Centre is clean and tidy, food looks and smells delicious (thanks Mr Pete!). The extra attention my youngest son requires is provided with no hassle and done with love. I highly recommend Milestones Gympie!

Daycare disregards children with special needs and does not provide parents with all documentation regarding incident reports and observations. My nephew has been put into a category and this daycare has labelled him too hard to deal with. You are meant to work with children and be filled with empathy and compassion and it is truely lacking. This has been evident by kicking my nephew out of this daycare with no reasoning or explanation to our family, or care about where my nephew will be cared for when his mother is working full time. I’ve had my experience working in a daycare and it is disgusting that this has happened.

Highly don’t recommend this daycare. They are unorganised, constantly losing child’s things. They yell at the kids all the time, when you ask for observations of your child they don’t have any which isn’t ideal for anyone. If you have a child with special needs I highly suggest you disregard this daycare, the staff are not trained enough to deal with certain children’s needs (even if they tell you they are trained in all areas with children with special needs). The front reception lady Belinda is extremely rude and needs to learn some manners.

My child was enrolled in Milestones Gympie six months ago and is completely content with the service they offer. Staff members are attentive and caring, and go above and beyond to ensure that my child is safe and secure. Furthermore, the place is always clean and they provide a broad program that encourages early learning. I would suggest Milestones Gympie to any parent searching for an excellent and reliable childcare service.

We absolutely love the school and educators. With being alone in Aus with no family, from a young age of 9mnths, they have looked after our kids like they would their own. Our kids are challenged, loved, encouraged and well looked after regarding emotional, spiritual and physical needs. We cannot ask for a better 2nd home for our young children.

When I returned to work in July I did not even get upset or worried as I knew she was in good hands and in a positive and supportive environment.
