So far, I have had a wonderful experience with Milestone Early learning Eaton Hills. The staff I have interacted with have been friendly, welcoming, patient and genuinely caring. The Centre Manager, Justina, is so proactive and attentive. Since her return from maternity leave, I have found significant improvement in the childcare environment. I have seen positive change in our child's confidence and communication skill. I truly hope this childcare continues to provide such an incredible service to the community.

Our 18-month-old son has been attending for nearly a year and absolutely loves it. The educators are warm, attentive and take the time to learn not just the children’s names, but also their families. The centre is always clean and thoughtfully set up — calm, organised and never overstimulating (unlike others we toured). The centre manager is efficient and always happy to help. We recommend Milestones Eatons Hill to our friends and family!

Both of my children have attended this campus starting from a very young age. Over the 3-4 years that my children have been at this centre, they have learnt so much! All the educators are lovely and work in a professional manner.
Upon picking my children up they are always happy and love telling me in the car drive home what they have been up to for the day. It’s great to see a whole range of activities and events being held at this centre as well.
Both of my children are excited every morning to see the educators and their friends. This centre is also currently in the process of renovating and the process so far looks amazing!
I recommend this child care centre!!

My son started in march and he’s been loving it! Not only has his confidence developed but he’s been learning new skills which carries on at home. He’s also been loving the new foods he gets at daycare.

Our daughter has been here since last few years and we just love the atmosphere and positive vibe always. We are satisfied and content with the service and passion that each carer shows including the management when there was some technical issue in regards to payment…. I moved my children to Milestones Eatons Hill a few months ago and it was the best decision! Both my children love attending and come home having learnt something new each day. The educators are all lovely and caring and their communication is fantastic. We have been with milestones eatons hill centre for about one year, since my son was 16 months old and we cancelled booking 3 weeks ago. My son used to be in this centre just 3 days/week and over the last 3 months, we had at least one biting incident per week. one of the educators told me there were many bitters in pre-kindy room and I could see they were definitely unable to control them. Every week my son got bitten by another child and I had to pick him up with biting mark and scar. Each time that I talked to manager assistant who manages junior campus, she kept telling me that biting is normal at this age!! My question was what your preventive approach is! Even one of these biting incidents happened while no one noticed, and I found biting mark on my son’s wrist at home and when I asked them what happened the lead educator said I have no idea because the room was busy in the afternoon. Finally, one day when I was there for picking up my son with new biting mark of that day and a scar from last week, I got sad and asked the manager assistant that what you would do as a parent? She easily told me: Maybe he shouldn’t be here. I got shocked and heartbroken but said nothing and just left the centre and in a couple of days found another daycare and cancelled booking with them. That was the act of discrimination and the management team need to be educated how to be responsible and communicate with parents. My son was doing nothing wrong and has never hurt anyone. I was just a worried mum as I did not want my son to be scared of being in daycare. He still talks about the bitter and tells me the story. I would never recommend this centre with the current management team. We started with the new daycare and I can see the difference between irresponsible people and these ones who are responsible and well educated.
I cannot recommend Milestones Eatons Hill enough! The junior campus staff and manager go above and beyond to cater you and your child’s needs! I have nothing but the best to say about this centre and will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you so so much Milestones Eatons Hill for the continuous assistance and perfect service!

My SIL moved my nephew to this centre a little under a year ago & I have to say the staff at the Senior Campus are amazing!! I do the occasional drop off & pick up & I have noticed such a change in the vibe of the centre & in the staff in the last few months. It's become a real joy to drop off or pick up my nephew, the staff are helpful, friendly & treat you like family it's great

My boy has been going there since he was 7 months. The staff there, specially Rene is super patient and caring, they made sure he settled well into the new routine. The centre is quite clean, and take care of sanitising the toys to spread germs. I love the activities they keep planning even for babies to make sure they are not only entertained but learn some new things as well.

Our son loves his time at Milestones. The staff are great and always manage to get him to eat entire meals which he does not do at home.

I love this Centre. I throughly researched and visited quite a number before choosing Tadpoles. It was the only place that would accommodate for my shift work, it’s always so neat and clean, organised, provide food and nappies and the staff are amazing. I also love the story park which provide daily updates on what my baby did that day providing me with piece of mind. Highly recommend
