My son has attended here for 3 years and we have never ever had any issues. All the educators are super lovely and every educator in his centre know who he is. They are always doing fun activities and always seem to have something yummy for lunch and snacks. Their communication with parents is fantastic.

Both of my children have attended this daycare over the span of 4 years, and I truly cannot thank the team enough for the care and support they’ve given our family. My son attended before graduating, and during his time there the educators were incredibly supportive in helping guide me toward getting the right assessments and support for his ADHD, autism, and developmental delay. Honestly, we could not be happier with Milestones! When we first moved to the area, our daughter struggled to adjust to a few different centres. But from the very first day she started at Milestones, she felt comfortable and settled — and we quickly began to see her spark shine again.
Since then, we’ve welcomed another baby into our family, and he now attends Milestones as well. As a mum returning to work after maternity leave, there is nothing more comforting and reassuring than handing over your babies to people who truly feel like family.
The staff absolutely adore our kids, and the feeling is clearly mutual! Nothing is ever too much trouble. The team collaborates so well with us as parents and always makes sure we feel heard. What’s important to us and to our children’s development is genuinely valued and incorporated into their everyday learning.

The staff are warm, professional, and truly passionate about helping children grow and thrive. We have seen such a positive difference in Ruby’s confidence, social skills, and development since attending. After formally escalating multiple serious concerns to centre management and Affinity head office, I have seen no meaningful action, accountability, or transparency from Milestones Early Learning Augustine Heights. Over several months, I raised documented issues that appear to involve regulatory failures, including nursery children being kept outdoors during extreme heat (37–38°C) and smoky conditions without parent notification or incident reporting. The most concerning matter involved a so-called senior staff member who sent my child home despite her not being unwell (she had only a minor runny nose already managed by her room educator), made this decision without consulting the room educator or following established dismissal protocols, and made a statement to me (“I can’t be cleaning your daughter’s nose”) that was deeply concerning and felt discriminatory in nature. I also personally observed children being handled in a manner that appeared unnecessarily rough by this educator, which raises serious and ongoing concerns about child safety and wellbeing, particularly given the centre does not have cameras. It is extremely troubling that this staff member, who appears to have only 3–4 years of experience, has been appointed as a lead educator in Junior 2 for 2026, calling into question the centre’s leadership judgment and governance standards. Despite these matters being escalated, including to HR, no investigation outcome, corrective action, or assurance of improvement has been communicated. Given the high duty of care required in early childhood settings, this lack of response raises serious concerns about safety, professionalism, and management oversight, and I urge parents to exercise extreme caution when considering this centre. This place is not far from a major incident

This centre has been amazing for not only my son but also my daughter whom has recently started i have found it extremely helpful and an welcoming enviroment the management team marnie & others have been extraordinary in lending a helping hand to have any issues or conserns ressolved efficiently and effectively they have also been super supportive and helpful in getting my son the extra support he needs as he has traits of non verbal autisim.

I withdrew my son in April after just six months of enrolment, and to this day, I still feel a deep sense of unease every time I drive past this centre. Following my withdrawal, I saw Affinity Education Group plastered across the news and felt completely validated in every concern and instinct I had as a mother.
There were countless red flags during our time here, more than enough to raise serious doubts about the quality of care and while I won’t go into every detail, I will say this - since moving my son to a new centre, the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. His development, health, emotional wellbeing, and overall happiness have improved dramatically. That alone speaks volumes about the harm this environment was causing and just how quickly he began to flourish once removed from it
I no longer live with the daily anxiety about his care and most importantly, I’ve learned to trust my gut. I will never again entrust my son to any centre under the Affinity Education Group.
Parents - don’t settle. There are far better options in our area for your child.

An honest review. Both my girls attend here and I can't be more happy. They listen and they provide. There's always ups and downs with kids and daycares. But these guys have less staff turnover and the people there genuinely are there for the right reasons. There are some absolutely beautiful educators who just make you feel secure when handing your child over. They are interested and invested in your child's growth and they listen to you as a parent. I feel like I'm part of a lovely community. We all know each other and I just feel excited to see all the different things that my children are doing each day.

My son has autism and other additional needs. He absolutely thrives at milestones. He loves going, the staff are amazing with him. His development since starting has come in leaps and bounds. His ability to socialise and play has come so far. I cant thank staff enough for everything they do for my little boy. Hands down the best centre I’ve ever been involved in (I have 5 kids that have all gone to a child care centre, all different and the others just do not compare). This is truely an amazing and inclusive place for all kids.

All of the staff here are so lovely and if you are looking at giving your child the best start in preparation for school, you will not find anyone more equipped than Miss Shaina from the kindergarten room. Watching Miss Shaina in her element as a kindergarten teacher is pure magic. The children adore her AND respect her because of the high standard she sets for every child. My child has developed so many school readiness skills since starting here, giving me confidence that she will find the transition into prep next year seamless. There is no one I would trust more than Miss Shaina for this job, she is truly incredible at what she does!
