Returning to work was made easy as seeing how this centre and its team operated and how they nurtured my son made me instantly feel at ease. Miss Swarn and Miss Gurppreet make an incredible team and it was so wonderful to see the activities they set up for my son and his peers and the bonds they formed. Miss Tessa has my little man’s face glued on her during her group times and he is jus so mesmerised by her 🥰 Miss Bec is sensational and has put this mummas nerves at ease and steps into other roles when needed and is true a credit to the centre. Chloe, Hollie and Susie do an amazing job supporting their team and tending to all the families with a genuine warmth. An honest review. Both my girls attend here and I can't be more happy. They listen and they provide. There's always ups and downs with kids and daycares. But these guys have less staff turnover and the people there genuinely are there for the right reasons. There are some absolutely beautiful educators who just make you feel secure when handing your child over. They are interested and invested in your child's growth and they listen to you as a parent. I feel like I'm part of a lovely community. We all know each other and I just feel excited to see all the different things that my children are doing each day.

My son has autism and other additional needs. He absolutely thrives at milestones. He loves going, the staff are amazing with him. His development since starting has come in leaps and bounds. His ability to socialise and play has come so far. I cant thank staff enough for everything they do for my little boy. Hands down the best centre I’ve ever been involved in (I have 5 kids that have all gone to a child care centre, all different and the others just do not compare). This is truely an amazing and inclusive place for all kids.

Absolutely love this centre. So glad to have moved our little girl here she settled in so well. Chloe has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and keeps us very updated with anything and everything that goes on with the centre. She is amazing along with a few other educators. Chloe definitely listens to us and understands any needs or concerns we have. She’s a great centre manager

I have one niece in Kindergarten Centre Two and one niece in Junior Centre Two. They both adore going to school and absolutely love their teachers! They are always learning something new and love to tell me all about what they have done at school. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more.

All of the staff here are so lovely and if you are looking at giving your child the best start in preparation for school, you will not find anyone more equipped than Miss Shaina from the kindergarten room. Watching Miss Shaina in her element as a kindergarten teacher is pure magic. The children adore her AND respect her because of the high standard she sets for every child. My child has developed so many school readiness skills since starting here, giving me confidence that she will find the transition into prep next year seamless. There is no one I would trust more than Miss Shaina for this job, she is truly incredible at what she does!

My children have both attended milestones the past 8 months and have loved every moment of it. The staff in both centres are very loving and caring and always go above and being for my two girls. My eldest daughter in the 3 year old senior kindy room in centre 2 absolutely adores her teacher Miss Natalie and Miss Hari and doesnt stop talking about her days and all the fun she gets up to. My youngest daughter in the toddler 2 room in centre 2 absolutely adores her two teachers Keiko and Kamani and will constantly ask for them at home and is excited to give them a cuddle in the morning. As a full time working mother is makes me feel so much more at ease and less mum guilt leaving my two daughters in the centres care. I cannot recommend them enough!

Is a great centre, with great staff who listen, care and nurture your child through all stages of their development.

I've been a parent since 2016, with my daughter starting her journey at this centre before my son followed her footsteps. My recent career change brought me to milestones up in centre 1 just last year, and I'm thrilled with the decision because I've found genuine fulfilment in my role. It's difficult to put into words the exceptional qualities of the teachers in the kindergarten room at Centre 2, their dedication has truly worked wonders in helping my son development.

I have two children and they started at this centre when my son was just over 1 and my daughter was just over 2 (they are now 3 and 2). We started off in centre 1. My at the time 2 year old loved her teacher (Chloe). My daughter had a lot of separation anxiety and would scream anytime we went to daycare and as soon as she saw Chloe she felt comfort and was able to give her a hug and continue on without getting overly upset. Chloe has done so much for both my kids and continues to do so. We recently moved down to centre 2 and my son (now over 2 years old) loves his teachers. Kylie is an angel and is so warm and welcoming every time we enter the room. Mary constantly puts the effort in to my son and making sure he feel comfortable in the room. Tahleea is only new but she has done wonders in the short few weeks she has been there. She is an amazing educator and is always open with communication about your child’s day. I want to say a huge thank you to the staff at milestones.

I am a educator and a parent at Augustine heights. My little boy is in the nursery room. Each day we come to daycare he gets very excited and he is always happy. The team at Augustine heights always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this centre to friends and family.

Since beginning at the service only a short time ago, I have really enjoyed my time here. The educators have been very welcoming and value my contributions to the service.
