Milestones, Wyong. Approachable, supportive, caring, the good, old fashioned morals, respect, honesty, kindness. I cannot thank them enough for not only the care they provide but also the support to families. Truly an outstanding centre that takes a holistic approach to caring for your child. A huge shout out to both the Centre Manager, Amy who always has her door open and is very approachable and the Assistant Centre Manager, Tiffany. Both of these lovely ladies go above and beyond to happily assist and help anyway they can.

We had our little one attending another local daycare, we began to lose faith in that facility. As first-time parents, we weren't sure if the behaviours at this centre were standard, but as any mother knows, gut instinct is everything. The opportunity to join Milestones family came at the perfect time. From the moment we toured the centre, we knew it was where we wanted our daughter to attend. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, especially those in the nursery room, they are absolutely magnificent. They have welcomed us with open arms and our daughter has warmed to them so quickly (no more screaming drop-offs, yay!). In the short time she has been attending we have seen massive improvement in her development from speech to physical. The daily updates are fantastic to easy an anxious mum's worries. Picking my daughter up to see her happily playing with the other children and the educators absolutely warms my heart. Thank you, Milestones Wyong, you have restored our faith in daycares. We appreciate you. <3

Choosing childcare to send my 7month old baby boy too was stressful and anxious for a first time mum. I can not thank the team enough at Milestone’s for welcoming us with open arms and reassurance. My son has been at Milestones for almost 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier. The passion, caring and effort that they give every day is amazing. They work with him, have helped him through hard times and encourage him in ways that let him have the best time while he’s there. He always talks about the playground, his friends and how much he loved lunch! All of the staff are amazing, they work hard and are all passionate about what they do. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful center with a warm inviting caring atmosphere. My son started in the nursery and is now in the preschool room, and absolutely loves it here and looks forward to going to preschool each day. The most kind caring and engaging staff, make my son feel safe, secure and loved. The educators provide learning opportunities and life skill development, through social interactions and play and sensory experiences both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend milestones

We have had a fabulous experience at Milestones so far. The staff are friendly and accommodating to my child’s needs. Every day we are greeted with a smile and my child is made to feel like she belongs. My child can be quite shy and reserved and the patience that the educators have shown is so appreciated by myself, a parent that can get nervous with her care. Thank you Milestones for creating such a safe and welcoming environment.

Really think about if this is the centre you want to send your child too. Lack of staff to supervise children. Lack of empathy for children. My child was taken from the centre without staff knowing.

Think very carefully before sending your child under 2 to this centre. There was never anyone at the front reception. The staff in the room were not that caring and it was more of "what do you want me to do we don't have enough staff" comment every time I went in. I picked up my granddaughter 2 times a week and she was red as a beetroot from crying because she couldn't get her water bottle or just dumped on the floor to cry. I witnessed this because I stood outside for 5 minutes just to see how she was doing. She doesn't cry normally and a very placid child. When I walked in she toddled over and grabbed my neck as if her life depended on it. You don't put water bottles on the top shelf of a cabinet so a child cannot get it and if you are in close distance to grab it you should grab it and not just sit on your backside. Totally disgusted with this whole centre. No qualified staff were on duty when I went in at 3.45. How they got their licence is a mystery. Need to be investigated by the authorities.

Our daughter has been going here for the past 12 months. The ladies here adore her and make her feel so loved. She has a great time at daycare in the babies room and always comes home tired after her adventurous day. I love the different range of activities they provide the children and always look forward to seeing her pictures being posted up in the app. We will be enrolling our son here in the future.

As a mum choosing a day care was such an anxiety filled time. I wanted a place where my kids would feel at home, where they'd be safe and where they would have fun and learn new skills. Milestones has not only given all this to my children they have also shown me so much kindness over the years. They always work with me to achieve the best care for the kids. They always share what the kids are up to during the day. They help me achieve goals we set and they are excellent at communicating. Choosing milestones was the best choice I could've made for my family.

Our child attended for 4+ years and we have never had any issues with the staff or the Centre. Excellence in terms of care and learning, our child thrived and now has a strong foundation of learning entering into Primary school. Every teacher that we had contact with was amazing with our child. The Centre holds an exceeding standards ratings for their NQS rating. Highly recommend.

We have had our son enrolled at WLL for 3.5 years and cannot speak more highly of our experience. I was looking for a center that was a true community and that worked alongside the parents in the education and learning of the kids. I was also looking for a center that exceeded the National Quality Framework, which WLL have consistently done. The staff are absolutely invested in their jobs and their roles in each child's life. I have thoroughly enjoyed every drop off and pick up and love learning about all the new things the children are involved in. I have found Karen the director to be extremely accommodating and understanding of personal circumstances as well as open to feedback. Choosing a place for your little and not so little ones to go is a big deal, often they can spend 5 days a week with people who ultimately become an extension of your family. I enjoy the feedback and tips i am given, this is always professional and honest. I have enjoyed the continuity in the staff who are obviously happy to be there, some have had him as a 1 yr old and then now are one of his educators as a 4 year old. Highly recommend WLL.
