We took our son out as they were lacking in many areas. High turn around in staff, poor communication but they’ll always tell you your child had a fantastic day even if they didn’t see them all day. The best educators left

Would advise people to steer clear of this place.

Our two daughters had a great couple of years at Milestones. We moved our eldest to this centre after a bad experience at another one close by, and the staff could not have been more welcoming. The girls learnt so much and formed some really strong bonds with the other children and educators. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Paul & Sarah.

High turn over of staff. Many staff have left over the last month (6 approx) and their ratio is incorrect (too many kids) not ok!! Do better

A team of passionate educators and supportive management who know their families. The educators follow the children's lead by programming and supporting their interests. My little people are the amazing little people they are because of opportunities they have received by the team.

Extremely poor communication between staff. Messages dont get passed on. Concerns dont seem to get resolved.

All of the educators here are so lovely, approachable and genuinely caring. My son really thrives here and it has taken a huge amount of stress off knowing how well taken care of he is. It would be such a touch job being an educator so I am in awe of how everyone manages to keep a smile even when it's been a tough day

A priority for me is my child’s happiness and she is always happy here. I love the updates I receive about her day and the fun quality learning experiences the educators provide. Cannot fault them or the centre. We are very happy here!

As an Early Childhood Teacher myself I knew what I was looking for when it came to care for my child and I’m so grateful I found Milestones Warners Bay. They provide quality care in a safe and secure environment. My child’s educators have gone above and beyond to ensure she is settled and they provide me updates throughout the day that make me feel reassured. The educators are so lovely and we love it here!

I couldn’t fault Milestones Warnersbay. I was so fussy when sending my son to daycare as I have previously worked in childcare myself. From my first step in the door they were so welcoming. The toddler 1 room has made dropping my son to daycare a breeze they make me feel so comfortable to be able to leave my son in their care for the day. I never feel it’s a rush to pickup or drop off they are always happy to chat about any concerns or questions I may have. Every educator there is amazing, I can’t say anything bad about the centre at all

I toured many daycares when choosing a spot for my daughter 12 months ago, and I knew within 10 minutes of walking into Milestones they were the one. They appear to have very low turnover, this shows in the relationships they build with the children. Every educator warmly greets my child by name without fail. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I joke with family my child is the educators favourite, but I think they are just warm people who make everyone feel special. Facilities are lovely, huge spaces and a great yard. Also much cleaner than other places I checked out. But honestly, it really is all about the staff, they make Milestones great and I can’t appreciate them enough!

Milestones Warnersbay has been like a second home to my girl since joining nearly 12 months ago! Being a single mum that works full-time it’s gives me so much comfort knowing my child is in very safe and competent hands, the team are incredible, they are quick to greet you with a smile and always make handovers easy and enjoyable! A special shout out to Molly (who we all know if it was up to Rem, would be her 2nd Mum lol), Sam, Jaime and Rhi! Thank you girls for loving and caring for my girl just as I would when I can’t! Highly recommend 🙏🏼💜

Staff are amazing and amazing size rooms and lovely play area

Couldn’t be happier with Milestones Warners Bay. My 2 year old is a terrible sleeper and doesn’t go to sleep for anyone but me. The educators in the tinytots room have been persistent with trying and the last two day they have got her to sleep. The room and huge outdoor play area has everything they need. Couldn’t recommend them higher.

Thank goodness for Warner’s Bay Little Learners!! I have so much trust in this centre with my children. The things I value most which are done everyday are that my children are Loved, Safe, my children have full and healthy tummies, my children will have Sleep and my children will have the best day playing and learning in the best two playgrounds on offer! From the moment you enter the grounds you are greeted genuinely with warmth and love not only from your child’s direct educators but all staff know our children by name, and when you pick up, the staff are able to run you through your child’s day like they have only been looking after them! it makes me feel they are loved! they have good safety policies, the food meets healthy eating standards and the kids love it! To know that when I go to work my children not only have the best care they are also learning and developing through WBLL stimulus that teaches through their individual interest and through play I know they are going to have the best day which makes leaving them so easy and stress free! Thanks for everything you all do!

Wonderful educators that I'm so grateful for. My daughter has come so far since joining. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
