Very disappointing experience at Milestones Raby. Expectations were already modest, yet the centre still managed to fall well below them. The environment appeared messy and untidy, and there was a noticeable lack of organisation and basic management standards. Overall, it felt like there was little pride taken in the centre. For a childcare facility, cleanliness, structure, and professionalism should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this was not reflected in our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

My daughter has recently moved to this childcare and is now excited to go! All her educators are welcoming and nurturing with smiles constantly on their faces. They always have time to provide us with how she went throughout the day and provide feedback. Great centre

"I had a very disappointing experience with Pied piper , particularly with one of the caregivers, Emaliza. My child did not feel safe or comfortable under her care, and I noticed a lack of professionalism and kindness in her approach. Despite raising concerns, I did not see any meaningful improvement. Parents trust childcare providers to create a nurturing and supportive environment, and unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the center takes steps to ensure better standards of care."

I am so happy my daughter attends Milestones at Raby . All the staff are amazing, and every morning at drop off, they welcome my little girl with big smiles and cuddles . Within the first 5 months of starting at Milestones, her development skills are sky-rocketing. They really care for your children, and it shows. The nursery where my little one goes is very clean and tidy as well. Massive thank you for everything you all do to Miss Katherine and the nursery / toddler room staff, Brooke the centre manager, and Debbie for the yummy and nutritious food.

My son has been attending Milestones Raby for 2 years and we absolutely love the centre. The educators are professional and offer the highest quality care and education. Milestones is like a second a family and my son has developed so much in the time he has been there. The centre manager Chloe and assistant centre manager Brooke go above and beyond to ensure all needs of every family is met and offers such open communication. Highly recommend Milestones and it's definitely worth the 80 minute round trip every day.

My daughter started here when she was 10 months old, we have had nothing but positive transitions and experiences with all of the staff that have had our daughter in their care. Choosing the right centre for your child can be hard but with Milestones Raby you won't be disappointed.

My daughter is attending Misestone Raby from begging of last year. I Couldn't find any negligencey from this service. All the teachers are so much caring and supportive and love. My daughter love this center, i love Milestone too.

We've been very happy with our decision to send our daughter to Milestones Raby. The centre is always very clean and the children are well cared for. Each morning our daughter is greeted in such a positive way which is a nice way for us both to start our day. A range of daily activities are always on offer, with the participation in theme days and events always a highlight. The rooms are decorated to encourage a positive learning environment, with lots of art, photos, books and toys. Healthy homestyle meals are catered for daily, with lots of variety to ensure exposure to a wide range of meals and flavours. The team are always quick to communicate via the story park app and no request is too big or small. I would recommend this beautiful centre to anyone looking for child care in the local area.

My son has been going here for a little over a year, that year he has developed and blossomed into such a smart little boy. The staff here are amazing and super friendly and very caring towards the little ones. He always looks forward to going every week to see his friends and all the educators. The best childcare centre I could have chose for my daughter! The girls are amazing and always go above and beyond for my little girl making her always feel so welcome, safe and secure at all times. Since starting she has improved in all areas of her learning and her social interactions has come a long way with now forming friendships and relationships with the teachers.
