I have been attending my placement here and i am greatful to have Annie the educational leader as my mentor she has great knowledge and expertise in this field and i am learning alot. We cannot thank Milestones enough!!! The transition to daycare was made sooo easy!! Most of my mum friend's cried upon dropping their kids off on their first day, but thanks to Milestones and the exceptional educators, I have not shed one tear!! My son has been taken care of from day one, leaving me feeling comfortable and relaxed about dropping him off for a full day. Watching the educators with my son makes me soo happy as they pay attention to him, provide support and guidance. They are always smiling and full of laughs! They offer a really fun and educational program as well. The facility itself is modern and large with lots of play areas and a big outdoor area with shade and a sandpit. The educators listen if I have any concerns and the communication is first class which is what I look for in a daycare. I am so happy I decided to pick Milestones as my son's day care. I would highly recommend Milestones to anyone!!

Thats my little one's second home. My little daughter started going to this centre since her 7 months and now she is turning three years within a blink of eye. Till to date, whatever mental and physical development she has been went through, thats solely because of Milestones and all the kind educators as both of us are full time working parent and no support at home. We are truly grateful to Milestones Early learning centre, and I hope them all the best.

Both of my kids love going to Milestones North Parramatta. The educators are always smiling and friendly and take time to get to know each child. If I ever have a concern, I just need to email Carmen the manager and she gets onto it straight away. My daughter has been going to Milestones North Parramatta since she was 6 months old. The staff are loving and always take great care of my daughter she has fun with the activities they put on and she has also learnt alot here. She is now 4.5 and has made many friends with the staff and children. We are sad to leave but are moving away. I recommend milestones to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

There fees are extremely High, They charge $168 dollars per day and when you request to cancel the booking they force you to stay and pay 4 weeks worth of fees before they let you cancel.

Our fees are not $168.00 a day as you have quoted, and are very competitive for the quality care and programs that your child is provided.
Our 4 week cancelation policy is a general industry standard and was agreed to by yourself upon enrolment.

If I could give it a no star I would. This centre was good before the change, after Sarah was in charge it went downhill. My daughter had 2 separate injuries from this centre. One week apart. I've reported it but they seemed to be sweeping it under the rug. 1st accident was when my daughter pieced herself with a paintbrush through her upper palate where she was bleeding and she could in the future have a problem with her speech but hey they called me rather the ambulance because that is what they do " responsible". The 2nd accident involved my daughter cutting her top with a child's scissors and another child got a hold of scissors and cut their hair. The new manager Sarah instructed the educator to leave out the child's scissors within reach. This happened a week after the first incident. When asked her directly, she didn't even say anything. Not even sorry. She has no idea how to run the centre. Let alone care about your child's safety. Your child is just a paycheck to her. My daughter was just learning how to toilet train when she was around 2-3 yrs old and every day the educator always had a bad thing to say when she soiled her pants. When reported to the head office centre in Qld, they've advised that they will look into it but nothing happen. They never called or report anything. They swept it all under the carpet and have the nerve to say no need to pay for the Gap payment. I couldn't wait to get my daughter out of there. This place is very unskillful. Unprofessional. It's like paying someone higher fees to just babysit your child. Please please go elsewhere but not this place.
