This is a really great centre. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and my daughters are doing great in this centre. They have settled in very quick. One of my daughters telling me what they do in the day. The director aswell is very friendly and kind.

I highly recommend Milestones Early Learning Centre ~ Hoxton Park to anyone looking for their kids care. The management and staff are super friendly, helpful and very professional. They accomodate every child according to their needs. The centre is itself spacious, very clean and has a lot of toys and activities for children to engage in. My daughter loves and adores her educaters. I am so glad I chose this centre for my child. I highly recommend this centre to anyone wanting a clean, safe environment for their children.

This childcare is an absolute disgrace. Hands down the most disgusting, lazy, and uncaring place I’ve ever seen. They don’t give a damn about the kids — especially ones who need extra care. My siblings, who are autistic, went here around 2020–2021 and would come home sick almost every single day. One time they let my little sister run around outside in her undies — in the middle of winter — because they were too lazy to dress her properly. She got the flu because of their carelessness. My other sister was left buckled in a baby seat the whole day until my mum came to pick her up. That’s just cruel. They don’t even bother to take jackets off my siblings when it gets hot, leaving them sweaty and uncomfortable. And when my mum posted a review a few years ago, they deleted it — like they can hide how bad they are. If you actually care about your kids, especially if they’re autistic or need proper attention, stay far away from this place. Worst childcare ever.

I recently called to inquire for my child who will be commencing care next year. When the phone was answered by the assistant centre manager (Giyan) she was nothing but rude. Yelling at people whilst on the phone too me and a crying child in the background. Her words to the child were “Can’t you just wait”!!!! Don’t children come first. How are you suppose to trust them if you hear them speaking like that to our young ones. Definitely don’t recommend it after speaking to a few either!

We have had 3 of our children attend this wonderful centre over the course of 9 years. All 3 children loved attending every single day. Our older 2 love coming to pick up their younger sibling, just to reminisce of their time there and see some of their previous educators. Was always nice seeing our children so happy at drop off and pick up. All the educators are all very lovely and very approachable. We highly recommend this wonderful Child Care Centre.

I heard many great reviews about milestone but when I enrolled both of my kids into the centre I was hesitant as it was during covid and I couldn't even see the inside of centre. I trusted my instincts and I'm glad I did. The teachers are amazing and so loving. My kids love the place so much to the point they don't want to come home with me. I can't thank the teachers enough for looking after my kids.
