Came to Milestone Chiropractic as I had severe back pain that woke me up from my sleep and I had poor sleep quality. Victoria has been very patient, professional and detailed in explaining my spine issue after I went for my spine x ray and after few sessions, my sleep improved alot. My acute back pain issue has resolved and now we are working towards improving my chronic upper and lower back issues which resulted from my usual bad posture and previous trauma.
The environment is clean, neat, calming and welcoming. Glad that my problems improved and thank you Victoria and team 😇

TQ TQ Dr. Victoria and Dr. Xavier for helping me to be a happy person again. I was constantly in pain at my lower back, legs and knee about two months ago. Sleeping is also a challenge for me with the throbbing pain from my thigh to my feet. After about two months treatment by Dr. Victoria, my pain is gone, only occasionally feeling pressure at my feet if I overdo my movement. Recently my children and myself too (a warga emas) was amazed when I could climb the steps to the outdoor restaurant in Flora Park Cameron Highlands without any pain. TQ Dr. Victoria for helping me to have quality life again. Syukur pada Allah SWT. Very highly recommended!

After having my baby in November 2023, I often experienced pain in my back and legs, especially in my back area where I needed medication every night to sleep. When I bathed my baby, I found it hard to get up, I would get stuck and need a minute to relax before I could continue walking. After my first session at Milestones Chiropractic, my leg pain almost disappeared and my back felt much better. I'm still receiving treatment now.

I went in with lower back pain issue due to car accident. Dr Xavier who owns this centre attended to me with utmost care, my back discomfort has improved significantly and will advise suitable exercise for recovery . Highly recommended!

I was in terrible pain coming home from a holiday. Could not move my neck or my hand. Made an emergency appointment at Milestone Chiro. Victoria checked my spine and said I needed an X-ray so that she can accurately diagnose my issue and treat accordingly.
It has been a few weeks now and I am relieved to say the pain has subsided significantly and I feel like I am improving with every session.
What I like about Milestone Chiro is they insist on the X-ray to ensure they see the entire spine. This allows to prioritise treatment and advise if there are areas that may require attention in future.
And importantly , both Victoria and Xavier listen and explain the diagnosis really well. They do not rush.
Despite severe pain, Victoria kept reassuring and encouraging me and I am glad I opted for this treatment vs other alternatives

My spine problems caused my shoulders and back pain, I had sleepless night. I tried physiotherapist, traditional massage but can’t really solve my problems. I am luckily to meet up Dr Victoria from Milestone Chiropractic, who is very patient and professional. After few sessions, there is huge improvement and my sleeping quality improved.

Went there because I was experiencing pain on my lower back for a long time, turns out the cause is because of inflammation of my spine's joints. After 7 time of adjustment, my back pain has lessen. would definitely recommend people to go for this chiro clinic because of the comfortable environment and professonial chirotherapist.

Came in with a relapsed neck pain. Could not turn, tilt side way or backwards at all. Not able to lie down to sleep properly too. Thankfully found this chiro centre and met Dr Victoria to start treatment immediately. Was able to lie down to sleep just after one session. Second session found that ROM improved to more than 30% from limited ROM previously. By third session, problem almost completely resolved ( ROM back to more than 90% ) and NO more pain already during tilting or turning my head!!! Such a wonderful experience. So much lucky to have skillful Dr Victoria to treat my condition with so much professionalism and care. Highly recommended for anybody suffering similar spine problems. We are in good hands 😊

Very grateful to Dr. Xavier and Dr. Victoria for helping me with slipped disc. Both experts in their profession and now I’m back to training at the gym and running again without pain! Dr Xavier and Dr Victoria are amazing Gonstead Chiropractors that care for the betterment of your health, spinal or not. Came in with remnants of gastro and they noticed swelling in my lumbar area - adjusted it and felt better after rest.
