Peaceful, Tranquil, and most importantly great service. Mila spa checked every box for me! Sabrina and Devin were rockstars. Sabrina’s massage is noteworthy and our facial was amazing. I highly suggest anyone who is looking for a great spa experience to book with Mila spa. I will def be back!

I am a chronic pain sufferer with a lot of muscle issues and I always wait way too long to seek help. I was in a bad flare up and we got in right away. Jeff was amazing. You can tell right away he is practiced in several techniques and has a passion for making people feel better. I can guarantee, because of him I will avoid hospital and IV meds today. Thank you Jeff, more than you know.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting worked on by Yahima. My best friend treated us to a 2 hr massage at Mila Med Spa, and can I just say wow! The fluidity and synchronization of her hands were amazing. It was like waves of an ocean cascading over me. She took her time, and never rushed. She also included hot stones, hot towels, and essential oils as part of the spa experience. I will absolutely be returning to Mila Spa.

My daughters bought me a very expensive massage from this location. They gave it to me as a Mother’s Day gift. I reached out to this company the day after receiving it and left a detailed message on their voicemail indicating that I would be out of town on the day that the massage was booked and that I would need to cancel it and would call back to reschedule it. When I called back to reschedule it I was told that because I did not show up on the original date it was considered a no Show I could not reschedule again without paying for it again. I explained to the person on the phone that I had called and left a detailed message on their answering machine canceling it. She told me that even though they did have an answering machine, they did not listen to their messages and therefore did not know that I wanted it canceled. She told me she would speak with the owner and have someone call me back. No one ever called me back. Pretty sure I would never schedule anything with this company again! Very disappointed in how everything played out!

I live out of state and called to buy a gift card for my mother. They told me I needed to book an appointment so I paid for a one hour massage plus tip ($120 total) and was told she could change the appointment if the time I picked didn’t work for her. They never specified how she needed to get in touch to do that, so we assumed a phone call to change would be fine since I booked the appointment over the phone. When she called to change the appointment several days in advance, they didn’t answer, so she left a message saying she needed to cancel. When she called back to reschedule several later they said she had missed her appointment and the money was forfeited. When she said she had left a message they said “they don’t check messages” and she needed to do that online. They refused to rebook her. When I called back later they changed their tune and said they would reschedule her massage. I said I wanted a refund as I was never informed appointments could only be changed online, and my mom had given plenty of notice by phone. I was told I would be called back by another member of the staff who could do the refund. They didn’t ever call me back, and several days later I got back in touch and was told I’d be called back (again). After I was again not called back I ended up having to open a fraud charge with my bank to get the refund. I own my own small business and am in complete shock at the lack of basic customer service and follow through. There must be some huge lack of communication between staff members. This entire experience has been a negative hassle, and I would never recommend patronizing this establishment.

Who even goes to this place, Mila looks like a 45 year old m3th head LITERALLY, nasty and unattractive, trashy people like this don’t deserve business go elsewhere,

Mila thank you for taking care of me. It felt amazing and for that span of time I disconnected from my daily routine and forgot about everything leaving with soft skin, eased mind and a body floating on its own. Best of luck, you sure made an impression.

5/8/24 was my 2nd visit to this spa. The first visit was beyond excellent. I don't remember the young lady name but she had several tattoos and piercings. She worked out knots that had been plaguing me for months. Yesterday I had a different person and it was very mediocre. The environment was relaxing and she was very sweet. However, she glazed her hands over my body with little to no pressure. We agreed that she would focus on shoulders and back. Yet, she stayed in those areas the least. I left very disappointed and tensed despite the massage.

Went to Mila Spa after searching for a place that had specific a dedicated head and scalp massage as an option. I suffer from chronic tension headaches and migraines and most generic massages don’t focus enough time on the areas that trigger my pain. This massage was called a Fijian Scalp massage , lasts an hour, and was customizable to include a neck, head, face and shoulder work along with an arm and hand massage. What an amazing experience! Jenna, my therapist, was so kind, courteous and empathetic! This massage helped melt away all the tension and stress I accumulated in a matter of minutes. The overall facility was terrific and such a calming environment and exactly what you would expect a spa retreat to be like. I will definitely be returning here for more treatments very soon!

My boyfriend and I came in for our first time and received the serenity couples package! We loved it sooo much, we were in “separate” rooms but the room had a curtain that opened up so we were still next to each other and could see each other. Both the massages and facials we received were AMAZING! So glad we came here, we will definitely be back! I can’t remember their names but both ladies had shorter hair and they were so sweet and walked us through everything. We loved it!! 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you MILA Spa!

AMAZING massage! Sabrina was wonderful. Best massage of my life

I was there a couple days ago with my sister - we saw Devin for 1 hour facials and Sabrina for 1 hour massages - they were both EXCELLENT. I was so relaxed, I was already mentally planning my next visit before I left. Both ladies were very professional and dedicated to providing a relaxing experience. The spa itself was an ambiance of relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday exhaustion. I highly recommend this spa, as well as Devin and Sabrina - it would be a shame to miss out on all that is offered here which is nothing short of a self healing experience.

Great people, great professionals! I've been four times already, with a different professional each time, each with their own style. Always very satisfied with my massages! Totally recommended!
