I had terrible experience for using this travel agent..Made me lose my money and poor response. They don't organise well and treat like customer like piece of garbage.Please choose another travel agent and avoid at all cost and spend your money better one :)

Last week my wife & I were picked up at 4am for a long drive from KK to Tenom to catch the train to Padas River for white water rafting. Our driver Ejul was on time (early), efficient, very friendly, knowledgable & personable, could not be better!
Milas had arranged for Riverbugs to do the rafting trip - just for the 2 of us - & they did an excellent job including providing a really nice lunch. A great experience all round in spite of over 5 hours of driving by Ejul, highly recommended travel outfit :-))

This is by far the best company we have ever rented a car from! During and before our rental, they were always ready to answer our many questions and helped us very patiently to go through the tedious process of entering Brunei with their car. Their price for the car we originally booked was the best we got after contacting several agencies in KK. After booking, they offered us a free upgrade on our car, giving us a pick-up instead of a sedan, thereby making the price just inconceivably great. The car was also in excellent condition.
If you want to rent a car in KK, we highly recommend their services!

El peor tour que tuve en mis 6 meses viajando por asia, precio elevado casi 40 euros. Nos recogieron una hora más tarde de lo marcado nos regresaron dos horas antes. La comida era ridícula en su cantidad, nos dijeron de tres islas pero solo nos llevaron a dos. Me sentí engañada y después de quejarme a ustedes no recibí respuesta alguna.

The best service we had since the owner himself offered himself to entertain our group for the island hopping trip. He guided us with a lot of things from package consultation until the day of the trip and helped us with what we didn't expect that he would do to our group and he gave us extra miles for the whole trip we spent. We thanked him for the great service even he recommended to us a day after the trip to try a delicious traditional meal for us to feel more of the sabah's culture.

Best experience with Milas Travel & Tour. Easy going person. Boleh minta nak extend masa sekali. Sebab nak stay lama sikit dekat Pulau Manukan😍 but we truly enjoy snorkelling at Sapi Island. Will choose Milas again for 2nd trip :D
