Totally untrustworthy in my dealings with this dealer. In response to your reply: The car was road worthy as your employees noted in the test drive! You bid at an agreed a price on motorway where the fault was clear in the description. You agreed you had seen this but also stated that the price you bid is irrelevant and you always expect to negotiate. Don’t bid what you are not prepared to pay as it wastes people’s time and it is dealers such as you that are the reason for motorways negative reviews.

I found them on Auto Trader, called them about a car I was interested in. Went to visit them and see the car in person. They answered all my questions gave me a test drive. No hard pressure, straightforward friendly customer service. Bought the car and no regrets. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good deal.

Car arrived minus a puncture kit jack and wheel brace but MA Motors have since supplied these. So at the present time I am quite happy with the car. I now have a small problem in that the 12 Volt supply does not operate correctly. I need to know how to use the warranty to correct this. I will be in touch with the seller to find out how to do this.

0 STARS! Avoid at All Costs! Time Wasters! Don’t Fall for It! We agreed on a deal with Abdul from MA Autos Wembley. He asked us to bring the car over so he could see it. We drove miles to North West London based on that agreement to see this so called trader, but when we arrived he ignored all calls. After hours of waiting around he then replied saying he’s not interested. This kind of behaviour is rude, disrespectful and a total waste of time. Save yourself the trouble. Totally unprofessional behaviour - stay away.

Amazing service, I bought a car for my sister and took her with me to view and test the car, we had no hassle with the purchase, they took care of everything from welcoming us with open opens to taking care of all the little details. The car was clean, well maintained, they showed us the engine, all around the car and allowed us to test drive as many times as we wanted and also verbal and written guarantee with trusted breakdown cover. Honestly such friendly and lovely people, they gave us all water, showed us the log book, service history stamps and all the other cars they have. Honestly the car was so clean, couldn’t find a spec of dirty and both gentlemen were so easy to talk to, no hassle, no seller buyer issues as kindness was beyond what we expected. I would definite recommend this company as they took care of everything for my younger sister and me. I know about Cars and I didn’t have to do anything because these gentlemen took care of everything, from paper works, to the little details. I have enjoyed their service so much that I would recommend to my own family and friends. I am also planning to buy a new car in the next a few months and MA Autos will be the first people I am contacting. Honestly thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have not only made me happy but also my younger sister who just passed and couldn’t thank you guys enough. She truly loves her car, honestly again thank you.
