I did the dual enrollment CNA Phlebotomy program 3 week class. Ms. Rania’s phlebotomy class was amazing and set up so I know what to expect in real life scenarios. We were starting to draw blood in the first week so you get plenty of time to get your draws in. She’s an awesome teacher. Ms. Marcum and Ms. Nicole were amazing for CNA made it fun to learn with games. They even helped me get draws for my phlebotomy class when I didn’t have people available to come in, they all truly care if you do good. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and knowledge.
I was inquiring about enrollment and what I inquired about was not able to be addressed but by phone call. After going back and forth with failure in communication, after speaking to a second individual, I was told that I would get an email with the information I was given. I was not. And after following up again and being told that I WASN'T going to get what they told me, it was very upsetting and inconvenient and not very professional. I was getting refused answers to questions that needed to be answered when paying for services. I asked to speak to the owner; whom would be the final person to assist and after expressing my dissatisfaction and uncomfortability with my experience so far, the customer service representative decided to hang up with me instead of trying to make it better. That is not how you should handle an unsatisfied or unhappy customer. Mind you I was not rude nor disrespectful at all. I don't think that I will choose this school after all if this is how you will choose to treat someone before they even start I can't see that I would have a great learning experience.

Maureen, thank you for sharing your feedback. It sounds like there was confusion during the communication process, and we apologize that this was the result leading to a frustrating experience. We understand how important it is to have clear information when considering enrollment and, unfortunately, it sounds like we were disconnected at an inopportune time.

If you needed a sign—here it is!
I just completed the 6-week accelerated Sterile Processing Technician course with Mrs. H, and she is an AMAZING instructor. Not only is she very knowledgeable and experienced in the SPD field, but she’s also truly down to earth!
You wouldn’t think there would be trials in just 6 weeks, but life happens—and through it all, she genuinely cared about her students. You will never feel left behind, even if you have to miss a day or two.
I feel very confident going into the field. I mean, I was able to identify over 100 instruments by the end, which I thought was impossible (lol)! She made studying super easy with customized Kahoots and Jeopardy games we played together. She not only reviewed every instrument, chapter, and worksheet she assigned, but we also completed hands-on projects, along with a shadowing field trip to a local hospital.
She even helped enhance everyone’s résumé to prepare us for our job search.
I would recommend this program to anyone who is interested—especially with Mrs. H as the instructor. Thank you again! ❤️❤️❤️

Arieal, your dedication and hard work made all the difference! We appreciate you leaving a review and sharing your kind works about one of our incredible instructors. Best wishes and be sure to keep in touch — we love hearing about what our graduates are up to now!
My daughter registered for a medical coding class and used my credit card to make the $599 deposit in about June of 2025. Ms. Waller canceled the class and told me I had to wait until October 24, 2025 to get me money back. I waited until that date, and she still has not refunded my money, just took my money. How is she going to keep money for a class that isn't offered. I guess the Court is my next avenue. So people RUN FROM THIS SCHOOL! It has no integrity whatsoever.

Hi Theresa. Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns, we understand how frustrating delays around refunds can be.
Unfortunately, the refund timeline was impacted by the credit card dispute process that began when you applied a stop payment. During this time, the funds are frozen and controlled by the bank. Even though we were in complete agreement that a full refund was warranted in your case, we are required to wait for the financial institution's decision before are able to proceed. This process can oftentimes take several weeks, and we understand how stressful it can be to have such a large amount temporarily tied up.
We hope that the recent resolution and the refund you have since been issued at our earliest availability has addressed the matter. However, if you have any remaining questions, we welcome you to contact our office so we can go over the details together.

My class is sterile processing and my instructor was Mrs Caryn, she’s a good instructor, and also a tough instructor, but you just have to properly pay attention in her class. And you’ll get through it. She’s one of those instructors who are meticulously thorough with their work.

Nikole, thank you for your review and sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your time at MHA.
I went through the 28-week medical assistant program, and I HIGHLY recommend Ms.Heather!! She is truly amazing and there to help you succeed. She went out of her way so many times to make sure that the class was fun, entertaining, and made sure you understood everything 100%! I am now working as a MA and still hear her voice in my head on what to and NOT to do! However, I do feel like we did get cheated out of a “graduation” because there was only 3 people in the class.

I had an amazing experience at MHA taking the 3 week CNA course. Mrs. Clark and her TA's were very friendly, kind, and helpful! The class was structured very well and was very easy to follow along and learn everything in the two weeks of class. There was lots of practice time to learn and perfect our skills and prepare us for the state test. I would highly recommend taking the CNA class here!

MHA Sterile Processing program was more than I expected it to be. Ms. Terry the administrator- front office was very helpful and professional regarding start time and end times, uniforms and expectations. I took the advance course and was very pleasantly surprised when I met my instructor Mrs. H. Mrs. H. Took time to ensure we knew our instruments, the importance of knowing safety measures in the Healthcare industry, professionalism and integrity. Each day it was stressed to ensure that we understand the importance of not taking shortcuts but to follow safety processes even if it means re-sterilizing all your instruments if you have any doubts about the instruments sterility because it may cause undue harm to a patient. To me that says alot about a person's integrity. The program is fast but worth it. Excellent instructor who will help you if you have questions or if she notices you may have issues and she privately assists you on her own time. Thank you, Mrs. H for all you do. I couldn't have made it without you.

Review for Mrs. Clark — CNA & Phlebotomy Instructor
I recently completed a combined three-week accelerated CNA and Phlebotomy training course under Mrs. Clark’s instruction—and while these courses were far from easy, her expert guidance and uplifting approach made all the difference.
** What Stood Out**
Clear, Step-by-Step Demonstrations
Mrs. Clark has an exceptional talent for breaking down complex patient-care procedures into manageable, easy-to-follow steps. Her demonstrations were consistently clear and methodical, making challenging skills feel accessible and intuitive.
Outstanding Hands-On Support
Particularly during phlebotomy sessions, the hands-on practice was invaluable. Mrs. Clark offered constant guidance and patiently corrected each technique—especially venipunctures—emphasizing precision and safety. This thoughtful attention helped build confidence and competence fast.
Encouraging and Positive Learning Environment
What truly set her apart was her ability to foster a positive mindset. Her encouragement motivated me to push harder and stay engaged, even during the most demanding parts of the training.
This program is intense, fast-paced, and demands dedication—but with Mrs. Clark at the helm, I gained not just the skills needed to succeed, but also confidence and a mindset ready for the challenges ahead. I’m deeply grateful for her support and highly recommend her instruction to anyone pursuing CNA or phlebotomy training.
