What a bad experience. I have a disability with my left leg. I purely joined the gym to be able to train on decent machines in a humble environment.
There is a group of body builders that gets preference in the gym. They hog all the central leg machines near the dumbbells for almost an hour, fully loaded with plates and their bags laying everywhere, even on benches that can be used to train on instead by other members. all I need is 10min on a machine for my routine, just 10min .......
It's absolutely disgusting to see body builders of that caliber be so inconsiderate to other members, shame on you. Even to the staff I just spoke to that doesn't even know your own gym policies. I really can't believe this happened after all the hype from this gym....

nice gym, i used to have a contract but due to my demanding schedule i chose to be a drop on client. ut a 50% Rise in drop-in rates put me off? why? i was quite happy training there. with everything getting so expensive with our current economy it shows lack of care.

We apologise for the day pass fee increase inconvenience it has caused for you. MiFitness Gym has been using the same prices for the past two years and now heading to the third year.
Over the years we have made it our responsibility to provide quality services and equipment to our members.And due to recent additions of equipment, facility and our upcoming expansion we decided to make the decision with given notice of increasing our day pass fee from R100 to R150 with the aim of maintaining the standards of the gym and also continue offering quality equipment and services.

It's not about the what was explained but your manager's attitude towards clients. You are running a business for Christ's sake. At least a sit down with clients and in private office is more professional than a confrontation at reception with a ' take it or leave it attitude. ' You have cameras, review the footage!!! Teach your manager client relationship skills and convince clients to sign up for memberships not rudeness and arrogance!

Listen boys and gals in the northriding area... dont mess about with the gyms around here go atrsight to mifitness. These guys make their own equipment its beyond international standards. 2 step machines and some machines i have never seen !

It says the gym is supposed to open at 5am on Sunday (according to the Google my business profile). I waited by the door until 5:15am today (10 December 2023) and there was nothing until I left. It was an awful experience and a bit of inconvenience and would like to find out what the issue was? Have the times changed for Sundays and if so then please update them on y
