This was not scheduled because you never paid your deposit and you never received confirmation from us with a scheduled installation time, and you never signed off on your estimate because you never received an estimate from us. Just because we talked to you about our installation and you asked when we are available doesn't make a scheduled job, as we do not come out to anyone's home without consent of an approved estimate with a deposit, as Thumbtack gives you 2-3 different choices. You also had no scheduled time, so when exactly was your installation scheduled for again?

I had bought a mantel mount tv and had someone else install it. Unfortunately that person installed it wrong. I had difficulty finding a company that would rehang my tv and mounting bracket. I called Aretus and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Aretus took down the TV and mounting bracket and re-installed everything properly. Great guy, great service, I would highly recommend this company!

Found out plastic powerbridge is not code compliant here in Cook County and now have to pay an electrician to redo two mounted tvs, the second one doesn't even have a powerbridge just an extension cord in wall. Only found out when a friend came to hook up a soundbar that Aretus said he'd put up, but never responded to my text messages. Now i know why. Wasted time and money. If you live in Chicagoland, I'd make sure your install is code compliant. They actually make metal powerbridge just for Chicago/New York due to the codes here. So disappointing. In response to business owner, yes, you may be able to buy powerbridge at Walmart, Lowes, etc, but it doesn't mean it's code compliant in a jurisdiction. Why would you even install something that isn't to code...or more importantly let the customer know its not before you install it so they can decide. And also, running just an extension cord behind the wall and plugging a tv into it can't be right, which is what you did to the upstairs tv. Didnt even use the plastic (which isnt even compliant here) powerbridge up there. This is about YOUR company, not Best Buy or anyone else This was my experience. YMMV.
