We had a new garage door opener installed in August. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly. Joe and a guy he was training came out the same day for an estimate. They came the next day to install. Very courteous and the installation was great! We needed to have a small tweak done, so I called today. 31 minutes later, between the guys' scheduled calls, they called to say they were on their way. Again, the lady I spoke with on the phone and the two guys who quickly fixed the issue were outstanding!

Installed 6 industrial doors in a new warehouse about 3 or so months ago. I dont think weve gone 1 week without 1 of the doors not working. Tech comes out and yells at our employees like we did something wrong besides press an up or down button. Now coming up with ways to void the warranty to quit having to come fix their doors that didnt work in the first place. Now left holding the bag and looking for new company to put in new lifts and fix the problem Midwest left us with.

Our garage door was grinding when it went up and was very noisy. We called on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday of the same week. The repairman called to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and take care of it for a reasonable price. He was very personable and knowledgeable. No more noisy garage door! We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a garage door installed or repaired.

I called Midwest Gargae Door Systems after having one of their competitors give me an estimate for spring replacement. Competitor - $1100 for 1 spring - more if we have to replace both Midwest Garage Door Systems - $295 for both springs replaced Called Wednesday afternoon and tech was out Thursday afternoon. Extremely happy with service and price. Will definitely use them again if needed and will definitely tell everyone to use Midwest Garage Door Systems
