Called last week to get appointment get hot tub looked at. Got call today from Steve I believe was his name went on to tell me that I should of called in the spring and it's to cold to work on hot tubs now mind u it was almost 60 degrees today . So if u want your hot tub repaired better make sure it's above 60 degrees and u call in the spring . Repair part is a joke pool store is great .

We got out first pool installed Tuesday and did not know much about set up with the chemicals. Allie was amazing tested the water and told us everything we needed . Very patient and explained everything. Awesome customer service. We are definitely going back.

I absolute love the way they approach solutions to get your pool correct. Its a very customer friendly approach. Zero pressure sales and they take they time to explain what is happening and why. Testing our water and going over the results line by line. I will not be going anywhere else! ASK for Ally!
