I have to say… I hated Mezcal, because for me it tasted like tequila, and I hate tequila (my young party times).
After having this amazing, well explained Mezcal tasting, It changed the way I see mezcal (still hate tequila).
Why? Well… people hate mezcal because they haven’t tried one that soothes and tastes good for their own palate. It’s more of a drink to talk about any good topic and just chill and enjoy the company, other than getting you drunk for no reason. There are many different flavors you can taste in each one, and it all depends on the connection of 2 of your senses (smell and taste), such as: wood, smoke, anise, citrus and many more.
For me, it was an experience that I truly recommmend not just because Marco is great in what he knows and does, but also because he makes you understand where the mezcal comes from, how is it made, how it became to be, and the WHY and HOW these mezcal’s came to be part of this amazing and unique tasting.
P.S. It’s not just for MEZCAL LOVERS…

Amazing - thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you had a great experience and left with a favorite mezcal. There are plenty more mezcales to taste, I hope you can come back for more. Salud.
