Isla Mujeres Plus Catamaran Tour Our experience in Mexico was absolutely amazing and a huge part of that was thanks to Yordin Huchin. After we booked our round-trip airport shuttle through Expedia, Yordin reached out via WhatsApp and offered us a great deal to upgrade to a private transfer. It was completely worth it. We got to our hotel much faster and started our vacation stress-free. Yordin also helped us book the Isla Mujeres catamaran tour at a special couple price. From the moment we arrived until our activities were completed, he was always available to answer questions, provide information, and make sure everything went smoothly. The level of service went far beyond our expectations. Yordin truly acted as our personal travel concierge making the entire trip seamless and worry-free. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. If you're traveling to Mexico and have the opportunity to work with Yordin Huchin, I highly recommend it. Good experience Paul and Daniela provided us with excellent service and great recommendations for the tours. It's clear they have experience. We took the Xcaret Plus Tour, the Underground Rivers, and other impressive attractions. The included buffet was very good. And the Mexico Espectacular Show lived up to its name. The Camel Tour at Maroma Beach was a very nice experience. We were able to interact with the camels, and the included buffet was very good. We were truly satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend the Deluxe Tour I booked this tour through MTS agent Alexis Rueda. He helped organize my airport transfer that I booked on Expedia. That went smoothly, then he offered tour options ahead of my visit. Alexis was patient, accommodating to any questions and concerns I had and very helpful overall. I had no complaints for either my private transfer timing/service or the deluxe tour itself. I'd definitely book through MTS again. As for the deluxe tour specifically, the guides Diana, Alfredo and Tomas were friendly, knowledgeable and patient as well. The deluxe tour's offering of breakfast, a buffet lunch, entrance fees and unlimited drinks (beers included) felt like an all-inclusive experience while on the road for 12hours, definitely value for money. I highly recommend!

Best planned excursion Tulum- Cenote- Snorkeling with Turtles & beach Club dinner Have to say Thank you to Luis Hernandez for all the help, input and advice for our trip to Mexico. We selected the full day excursion to Tulum, Cenotes, swimming with Turtles to an afternoon lunch/ dinner at a Beach club this was the perfect excursion and saw so much in one day when our days were limited. He also assisted with our roundtrip transportation to and from the resort. This isn't like US and you just order an Uber or go out and select a taxi, your in a different country and transportation needs to be planned ahead of time. We had a private van for our transportation. Now why do I recommend him, cause I always do all the planning on our vacations, I read the fine print for everything and I do countless hours of research look for the best deals and read reviews to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want. For this 6 day vacation I didn’t do that, I saw many reviews on him and said let some one local do this for you. Did I blow up his phone with random questions YES, did I panic when I thought the excursion date was wrong, YES. Did I make changes to our transportation time to airport.. YES. Luis is probably happy I'm back home and apologies to his family for me taking so much of his time. But through all this he responded quickly, he was never rude and always kind and would follow up with me during our stay to make sure we were all right and if we needed anything. His audio recordings were always full of information and was very helpful Thank you Luis for making our trip memorable.

Be careful The trip was not as described. It was a combination of 2 packages from what I can see. We were told to bring towels and extra shoes and then forced to purchase lockers as we couldn't take the items along parts of the tour. We were not allowed cameras and then high pressured to purchase pictures from their private photographers. Also the buffet was 2 tacos. The atv jungle... is a dusty bumpy road that you go up and down on, many of the atvs broke down on people in our group.

10 out of 10 Service We had such a wonderful trip and Carlos Bonilla scheduled our transportation to and from the airport. He also booked us an amazing excursion to swim with the sea turtles and explore the cenotes. Our driver/tour guide was Sergio which also was amazing. Highly recommend!!!!
