I’ve never in my life been to a doctors office where the doctor is actively trying to argue with the patient on what is wrong. I came in complaining abut the fact that i cannot swallow and can’t talk and im even spitting up blood and they refused to offer me proper help. I will be reporting you guys because if i come in crying about pain for you guys to sit there and try to advice me to continue to do the same thing I’ve been doing is nonse and then want to charge people $125 for your shitty advice. I could’ve saved myself the money and continue taking ny Motrin at my house but because i adviced the last time i came that if it got as bad as it did today to come in and i was just baffled to realize they were trying to get some quick cash out of me. And i will be expecting a call tomorrow with an update on my results.
Just terrible i came here looking for help because i can’t even swallow after i payed the $125 check in charge they are refusing to do something for my throat. I have explained to to them i am unable to swallow and unable to talk and the doctor just sat there and started at me as im crying my eyes out due to pain. Just super unhelpful after i had already waited an hour in for me to get checked
I wanted to recognize the front desk worker. The office closed due to the capacity and I arrived 2 minutes after my reserved time slot. She did extend the curtesy of getting my son seen even though they didn't have to based on how the process goes. I appreciate the service she provided and I know for the any future visits I may have what to expect. This was my first time doing urgent care. Thank you again to the Perth Amboy NJ location for taking care of my son's needs. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care ti my friends and family.
