A One-Stop-Shop for Social Media Management
Overall: It’s very helpfuk for social media management. It has improved in recent years to allow for everything to be done in one app (commenting, sharing, messaging etc.) rather than jumping back and forth between FB & IG Pros: Meta for Business is most helpful for me when I’m wanting to schedule content in advance across multiple platforms (Facebook & Instagram). It also makes creating ads easy and convienent. Cons: I would like there to be an easier way to view individual account feeds and stories when they’re live.
Less and less control on our campaigns
Overall: Like I said earlier. When I strated working with Facebook Ads 6 years ago, we had a lot of control of when, where, how and to who were showing our ads. Now everything has become automatic. Want to target an specific audience? The algorithm takes it as a recomendation. Want to target only Instagram and not all the other placements nobody cares about? Thats going to cost a lot more of CPM You prepare an ad with a lot of care? The algorithm is going to crop the creative, put some horrible music on top and say that doing this is going to improve the performance. Pros: Easy way to generate quality traffic, depending on the market it can be very cheap. Quick way to gain data if you launch a new website. Cons: Day after day we have less control over the audience we target. Everything is becoming more and more dynamic or automatic.
Meta for business, is the business
Overall: Overall, Meta for business is a valuble channel and tool to help me understand my brand and to control my marketing efforts Pros: I love so much about Meta. I like the reporting tools and dashboards that offer plenty of insights and information on the performance of my campaigns Cons: I don't like the restrictions on some of the targeting options on Meta. These have been limited over the years.

Wonderful Marketing tool
Overall: Overall the experience is good because it’s so much to learn about running your business and it helps you make money. Pros: There are so many options available for advertising, Marketing, setting up a CRM, running ads, automations and various of tools Cons: I don’t like that the monthly charges are inconsistent. Sometimes it charges you months after running an ad or finishing a campaign .

Overall: Ottima tutto sommato se rispetto alla versione usuale e comunemente in uso soprattutto se e quando si necessita d'interagire in maniera più squisitamente su un rapporto clientelistico Pros: A differenza della versione più in uso certamente la possibilità di avere, scrivere, inviare creare post anche su più profili Cons: Quasi nulla, miglior esperienza di navigazione meglio specificata su target aziendali e chiaramente puntando ad un aumento della clientela.
Business Suite all the way!
Overall: I have been with Meta Business suite for several years and I could not be happier. The updates have been actually useful features. Pros: I love the ability to manage both our companies Instagram and Facebook all in one location. The ability to schedule our social media content easily is also a big draw for me. Cons: The difference between business suite and the professional dashboard is not always to discern. I find myself struggling to find setting between the two.
Great tool for campaign planning and scheduling
Overall: Overall I enjoy Meta Business Suite. It’s easy to use and gives me a good snapshot of my activity in one place. Pros: Great dashboard for seeing all activity on FB and IG in one place. Useful free scheduling function - planner - and great top level insights. Cons: The platform seems to need a lot of device power! If I’m running multiple tabs and platforms it significantly slows me down.

Meta business is a must have
Overall: Our consumers are all on social media these days. It’s extremely important that we as a business are too. Meta business makes it easy to manage several pages and accounts at once across more than one social media. It’s very user friendly and does it all. Pros: It’s a one stop shop and has everything you need in one place for social media. Comments, post, messages, analytics Cons: When I schedule videos to post them it doesn’t let me crop them which is sometimes annoying but not a huge deal
The best of the paid social platforms deserves further development
Overall: In general, I like its interface and various tools. However, the lack of an editor tool like Google Editor and the problems with multiple changes require a lot of manual processing, so my general opinions are between positive and negative. Nevertheless, it will always be in our media plans as a platform where we get better results than all other paid social platforms. Pros: The ease of the interface, easy access to ad visuals and previews, diversity in budget management and bid strategies, and at the same time the ability to reflect more results on the platform thanks to the attribution model. Cons: I experienced bugs many times, had to reset ad manager and had to reach out to meta support many times. Also, as an agency employee, I had to face many account restrictions and had difficulty managing clients' campaigns.
Facebook Business
Overall: I'd say the platform is going downhill since 2020 and the end of that decline is not looking good. Pros: Their ability to get my events in front of a broader audience is the main reason I use. Cons: The ever changing software makes it hard to stay fresh on their tools - it's almost like it's planned to be that way.
Leading Social Platform offers small companies great exposure and opportunities for growth
Overall: The ability to track ads performance offers companies great opportunities for ROI Pros: The leading social platform provides a lot of opportunities for brand awaress Cons: When ads get rejected the support team is often times from different countries creating a huge language barrier

Great to help keep your content organized.
Overall: Overall we like to use the meta for business app and backend. It's great for us to schedule our posts and to balancing our marketing and commerce. Pros: Meta for business is very easy to use and set up. It's a great app to manage posts & marketing. Cons: It can be a bit clunky to find where you need to go but once you figure it out, it's easy to use.
Meta for Business works for local police department!
Overall: Our overall experience with Meta for Business has been great! We find it to be super user friendly and allow us to have enhanced visibility when necessary. Pros: Meta for business allows us to get information out to the public on 2 separate social media pages from one area. We love that you are able to schedule posts on a calendar to ensure that we can pre-plan upcoming posts. Cons: We haven't yet had any things we have disliked about Meta for Business, but we do wish that there were less pricey options for advertisements, as we are smaller. For now, it works perfectly for all of our needs.

Love the idea, yet needs some TLC
Overall: I often feel lost and confused within the meta business home page, no support to be found. Pros: Helps me link up my Shopify shop to my FB account. Cons: One thing I'm struggling with is how complicated the whole operation is on the home page 😔
Better than I expected
Overall: I am happy with Meta Business Suite. I used a third-party social scheduler initially but eventually realized that the Meta Business Suite had everything I needed. Pros: The scheduling feature is what I use most by far - it is very robust. I also like the Inbox feature that lets me see and respond to all the interactions I have gotten. Cons: The layout of the menus is not the most pleasing. I also feel like some of the menu options could be consolidated to make it feel less overwhelming.
Excellent for scheduling
Overall: It's been very positive. They often make updates that sometimes can be frustrating to figure out, but are usually for the better so I don't mind. Pros: As someone who manages social media for a business, it is so convenient to be able to schedule posts in advance, and also to be able to post on IG and FB in the same spot without duplicating work. Cons: I wish you could add links to stories when you schedule in advance.
