Found a hair in the food. They did not want to change the food nor did they apologise. After a while, and asking again they changed it but did not seem apologetic. Overall bad service, but food was okay.

I ordered the mixed grill during my visit, and the whole experience turned out far better than I expected. The meal started with the chicken boneless grill, which was cooked with real care. It was soft, juicy, and had a nice balance of seasoning that made each bite worth it. Chicken often ends up dry or bland in many places, but here it tasted tender, full of flavour, and clearly freshly prepared.
The cheese chips were simple but surprisingly satisfying. The chips were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the melted cheese on top was just the right amount. It did not feel heavy, and it was the kind of side you keep reaching for without thinking.
The lamb shawarma became another highlight of the meal. It had a rich warm flavour without being oily or overpowering. The seasoning was spot on, and the meat tasted fresh and well marinated.
I also have to mention the Adana kebab because it was absolutely extraordinary. It had a depth of flavour that stood out from everything else and made the whole meal even more memorable.
Overall, the food felt thoughtfully prepared and very satisfying. The portions were generous, everything arrived warm, and you could taste the care in each item. I would happily return and recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good quality grilled food.
Disappointing. The starters were nice but everything else tasted below average. The wraps were full of onions which was overpowering in taste. Midway through the meal we were made to move seats to accommodate another party. Not my cup of tea.

This was my first visit to this restaurant on Bethnal Green Road. I ordered the mixed platter for two people. Unfortunately, the food was quite average I’d rate it 5/10. The kebab in the platter didn’t taste great, and the sauce wasn’t very appealing either. Portion sizes were small and didn’t feel like good value for money.
The drinking glasses could have been cleaner, but I must say the staff were very polite, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience more pleasant.
As a fan of Turkish cuisine, I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. However, because of the lovely service, I might consider returning one day to try some of their other dishes if I’m around Bethnal Green.

Food has dramatically reduced in portion sizes, I think they changed the chef because the taste was not the same as the first time I ate here. First time was so tasty and good recommended to family and friends and spoke highly of this restaurant. But after trying them again, definitely the food is not the same great taste, it made me feel sick later that evening, I think it may have been the chicken wings inside was red/pink ish and chicken doner was a tad pink too. Thankfully, so far it didn't end disastrously however definitely felt nauseous and stomach cramps. The restaurant is ice cold from the door being left open, no warmth or ambience. The sauces even tasted different to the first time. Anyways, wouldn't go back again hope they improve significantly and get back to how they used to cook
The food had no taste they didn’t give me any sauce at all everything was dry I ordered a lamb shawarma wrap it had No flavour the meat had no seasoning this place is expensive and the food is not even good the fries were not fresh they had no salt the mixed hot meze platter was rubbish too barely any taste for a Lebanese restaurant you would think the food would taste better i ordered online and i paid almost £5 for delivery and around an additional £2-3 for service Absolutely Ridiculous prices will stick to the Arab food in my own area which I know is amazing wanted to try something new don’t bother ! Try Edgware Road they have all sorts of Arab restaurants the best !!

The portion size is too small. Half my order was salad! There was hardly any rice. I ordered the mixed Shish which cost £14.95 for that price I would expect them to not be stingy with the rice. I will not be returning here and regret coming. At places like this you always get full and share between two but I feel really gutted for visiting because it was a waste of money. I could have gone elsewhere and still had food left for the next day. I called them and they said the shish is for one person but despite that the portion is still small for one person who’s paid £14.95.
Been 3 times to get a lamb sarma beyti and everytime something missingfrom the order but worst was the last time, lumpy gone off yogurt. Not acceptable. Got a refund for it but it's not the same as Mangal restaurant before 😔disappointed.

After a long day of shopping in Bethnal green we stoped here for some lunch, and I am so glad we did, as we found the food to be absolutely amazing. We visit a lot of grill restaurants but this is one of the few best ones we tried. The service was also swift and staff were very friendly. We will of course visit again for a proper evening dinner soon inshallah.
