I have a 2019 Mercedes gle 43 coupe. It needed some work done so I took it to the dealership. Bad idea. Left without any repairs then i found this shop that specializes in Mercedes Repair and German auto. Efrain, their technician is elite in his craft. And their service advisor Carlos was very helpful and professional. They saved me a ton of money as well! It was half the cost of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Highly recommend

I have a 2018 Audi A6 that was in need of an alignment and oil change. I called German Auto Repair and they got me in same day which is awesome. They performed a very thorough full car inspection (which was needed) and identified several issues that I wasn't aware of. The very experienced technician broke it down into simple terms so I fully understood the issues, severity, and potential future problems to keep an eye out for. The estimate provided was broken down and easy to understand. Carlos was very friendly and responsive, easy to work with, and just laid it out in plain terms. There was no pressure or "up-selling" at all, just a clear explanation and a recommendation based on the technician and his 20yrs of experience with German automotive. I had my car back the next day (I chose to leave it overnight) and it is driving great. I will be returning to get a couple of the other items taken care of when I get the chance. Great service, great people, quality work.

Pulled into their shop for an alignment on my 4x4 after researching Groupon, Yelp and Google. Speaking to Elias over the phone sealed the deal. He was professional, answered all my questions and quoted a firm price. The job was delivered on time and the result were noticeable. I recently installed new shocks and tires and now I am confident my truck is ready for the trail. FYI... They also service Mercedes Benz, which is always nice to know.

In my opinion, it takes time to fully evaluate the purchase of a used car. We lost our Honda Odyssey to a reckless driver in August 2019. Very soon after, we located a similar, low-mileage, used Honda Odyssey at MB Automotive, which we purchased in the same month. Now after two years, we can say that it was a great deal, the vehicle was as it was advertised, it has caused us few problems, and we are quite satisfied with it. Lana is an honest and warm person, and she was great during the sale. We have no experience with MB repair or sales, but I will note that the shop was quite clean and looked well organized.

Just an FYI folks...This shop is no longer in business as MB Automotive owned by Chris & Lana. It's now "Overland 4X4". They still do car repairs, but here's my experience... I called them & set up an appointment. I had an extensive "F" service done ($900+ worth). The problem is we got the car back & the radio doesn't work anymore. I called them & they seemed clueless as to why this is. Is it something they did or just a coincidence? At any rate, it's going on a couple weeks & I'm still waiting to here back from them. Meanwhile I've tried a few Youtube fixes without success. P.S. I was going to have them inspect my Jeep for a problem I have, but not anymore. P.P.S. Chris & Lana would have had this fixed in a day or two.

The folks at MB auto go above and beyond and I can't praise the professionalism and workmanship enough. I have worked with Chris and Lana going on three years and they have always been direct and efficient with my Mercedes vehicles. I've had both diesel and gasoline models from different eras serviced for years and sold by them. When we have looked into new vehicles they spent the time to get the information we needed to broker deals with dealerships as well. My wife and I have used M B Automotive for the past 6 years and have been very happy with the honesty and great customer service that you won't get from the big dealerships. Being a small business owner myself, Chris and Lana know how far customer service can make or break their business and they have always exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend using their services for your automotive needs, I can't spread their praises enough. The honesty and trustworthiness is worth its weight in gold as I don't know anything at all about cars and Chris has always taken the time to show me and explain what's going on with my car. I've even tried to cut a few corners to save some money and he's shared his expertise on how it's going to cost more in the long run if I don't address these issues now. Keep up the good work M B and we will see you the next time the stupid light on my dash is lit or if a hear a funny sound and turning up my car stereo doesn't help!
