After not finding an item that I had ordered in stock, Manager Kenny searched nearby Menards stores for the item, then called the nearest store and asked them to hold it until I arrived. Thank you for the effort!

The absolute worst parking lot for a hardware. Parking was clearly designed by someone that does not use hardwares. Thankfully there are countless other hardware stores nearby, none of which have such a poorly thought out parking lot.
And let's not talk about the 1980's-style snail mail warranty system.

Had a deck put in by contractor who used this location for material. I ordered and paid for all material throughout process here. Everytime I ordered I was told if I had any extras to bring it back, that they would refund it. I dealt with numerous problems with deliveries of material (wrong material, or delayed deliveries). Every visit to the store to straighten out issues, no one was ever on the same page. Customer service was a waste of time. They couldnt answer anything that the pro desk did/ordered. Fast forward; After the job was complete I returned to the store to get refund on material not needed. At this time I was told they do not take returns on Trex decking. No where on the paperwork did it state this. All along I was told by employees the opposite. I spent $10,000 at this store, and was returning around $900 worth of material. No money back, no instore credit, nothing.. I left the material there and waited for a manager to call which never happened. Employees I dealt with Raj (mgr), Hyde, Tony.... All should not have their jobs. Take your business elsewhere.
Awful policies. Will never return.
