This is one of the few large chain hardware stores that almost always has plenty of knowledgeable help available. They don't just put up signs and expect the customer to find their own way finding what parts you may need. Weĺl run and very clean business.

Yesterday on September 15, 2026 I went Menards around 8:04 p.m. I was looking for the 🛁 bathtub screw size and I wasn't sure the size of screw. I asked one of the employee explained to him. The employee wasn't sure either so he called the other employee work in that department he wasn't sure either. The employee worked in the department called their supervisor his name is Dave and he said Dave was expert. I explained to Dave I am looking for the right size of bathtub faucet screw and he said "hey' come here! come here!' he was very rude how he was talking to me. He show me the wrong faucet connection kits not right size of screw I was looking for. Dave is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't know what he is doing. They promoted that type of people doesn't have a knowledge and doesn't respect their customer.
