Kenny, just wanted to let you know the ride to and from the airport was very comfortable and safe. Happy picked us up on Saturday from the airport and is a very responsible and safe driver. He drove safely, without speeding or changing lanes frequently. My whole family felt safe and calm. The driver who took us to the airport on the 21/10 also drove very safely and at good speed. Thank you as always for a safe and comfortable ride to and from the airport. Great, booked only 2 days in advance for return airport transfer from Arthur’s Seat for 4 plus 4 large cases. Quote $200 less than others. Driver arrived 10 mins early for 5am pick up. Great txt correspondence on airport arrival too. Will use from now on from metro Melb v Uber which rarely comes here!

Travel was booked & paid for in advance, driver did not show up at the Airport and had to chase down with phone calls. Then had the nerve to suggest I gave them the wrong time via email, when they had the correct flight details & arrival day. Disgusting company - avoid.
