Clinic specialized in hair and more. Excellent clinic on all fronts: friendliness, impeccable organization and lots and lots of quality perceptible from the first moment. I highly recommend!

The clinic is very modern and the staff are all very nice and accomodating. I like all the artwork. The surgery itself was painfree and my interpreter was with me the whole time and most importantly that i felt safe and that i was in good hands. UPDATE 2024 2nd operation was very painful, don’t know what happened. The hotel accommodation you can hear through thr walls. My hair looks good with wax. It without it’s very dry and brittle, very frizzy. I will still recommend Serkan because I know from experience how bad others are at least they are good. I did DHI both times, was expensive 3000 euros each but went from bald to full hair so am grateful.

Do not go to this clinic. This is a wholesale operation and they do not take the time to make sure the procedure is done right. Went here Feb 2022 and they did a horrible job. Find a smaller clinic in my opinion where the doctor is the one doing the actual procedure and not a bunch of nurses with little experience.

Kötü ekip , kötü işçilik . Saçlarımın tepesindeki açıklıktan kurtulmak isterken, yanlarındaki muhteşem homojen görüntü berbat oldu . Bir kere saç ekimi yaptırayım ve artık gerek kalmasın , kaliteli bir yer olsun diyorsanız , burası orası değil . İlk görüşte öyle gözüküyor , eskiden öyle bir yer olduğu da söyleniyor çevrem tarafından, ancak benim pişmanlığım oldu . Çok daha kaliteli , yalnız uzmanın ve ekibinin çalıştığı, küçük ama tecrübeli , burası gibi çok sayıda ekibin çalışmadığı, fabrikalaşmamış yaptığa işe önem veren ve imzasını atan tecrübeli uzman isimlere yönelin , çok para alan ve iyi bir mekana sahip markalaşmış ekim merkezlerinden uzak durun arkadaşlar . Amatör bir ekibin kurbanı oldum , dönör ile ekim bölgesi arası aşırı yoğun bir saç bölgesi var ; saçlar donör bölgeden dağınık alınmadığı için iki bölge arasında bir köprü oluşmuş ve aşırı çirkin duruyor , tüm fotoğraf ve videolara baktığımda sanki arkadan beyin ameliyatı olmuşum da ameliyat izleri kalmış gibi . Haftada iki kere farklı farklı kuaförlere gidip , ara makası vb yöntemler ile o yoğun alanı kısaltıp dengelemeye çalışıyorum ama hiçbir şekilde olmuyor. Saç ekimini saçlarıma her gün topik atıp dolgunlaştırma yaptırmak istemediğim için yaptırdım . Ama artık haftada iki kere kuaföre gidiyorum ve yine de ense kısmım sanki ameliyat olmuşum da oradan doku alınmış gibi ; ekim ve donör alan arası net tüm kafam boyunca çizgi var ve düzelmiyor :) :) Güldüğüme bakmayın , aşırı sinir bozucu ; büyük pişmanlık duyuyorum. Saçlarımın yanları kısa , üstlere doğru kademeli olarak uzayan şekilde bir model ile kullanıyordum ama şimdi artık ömrüm boyunca yanları uzatmak zorunda kalacağım ; kısaltınca arada köprü gibi bir kısım gözüküyor . Yakın arkadaşımın saç ekimi yaptırdığı ve çevremizde olumlu olarak bahis edilen bir yer , kaliteli bir yerde kaliteli hizmet alabileceğim bir yer olduğunu düşünerek gidip saç ekimi yaptırdım . Tek isteğim doğal bir görüntü olması idi . Ekimi yapan uzman tahmin edeceğiniz üzere Serkan Bey değil , saç ekimi sırasındaki konuşmaları dinlerken ekibin fazlası ile tecrübesiz olduğunu anlayarak pişman oldum . Saçlarımın çıkmasını ve uzun seneler kullanmayı istiyorum İnşAllah , lakin pek umut yok gibi . Saç ekimi sonrası ilk fark edilen ve çevremden sıklıkla aldığım yorum ; saçlarımın arkadan alınan bölgesinin ( donör) çok kötü alındığı. Arkadaşlara iletmiş olduğum bu sorun geçecek dendi ama maalesef geçmedi tabii ki de , mantıken de geçmesi imkansız . Kısacası Serkan Aygın saç ekimi, bana anlatıldığı gibi başarılı ve uzman bir yer değil .Eskiden böyle olmadığı anlatıyordu , ama şu an böyle ,bilinsin ,benim gibi pişmanlıklar yaşanmasın isterim ,markalaşıldığı için çok fazla ekip çalışması gerektiğini düşünüyorum ve bana tecrübesiz olan bir ekip denk geldi. İyi karşılama ve mekan evet , yüksek miktar para veriyorsun evet ama karşılığında kötü bir ekim hizmeti alıyorsunuz , maalesef denklem burada böyle . Operasyon acısız , personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü haklarını yemek istemem ama işi yapan , saçı eken ekip tecrübesiz ve saç ekimim berbattı. Bu berbat görüntü normal dendi bana , ama çevremdeki insanlar ve benim araştırmam ile öğrendiğim kadarıyla alınan bölge tecrübeli uzman vasıtası ile alınsaydı dağınık alınacak ve hiç belli olmayacaktı . Saçlarımın arkası kuvvetli ve çok düzgün ( homojen ) duruyordu , ekim sonrası düzeltilememek üzere kayıp ettim o görüntüyü . Tepedeki açıklığı düzletmek için , ensemi berbat ettiler . Ben yandım siz yanmayın :)

I honestly want to thank Dr Serkan Aygin and his team so much for the great experience I had with my hair transplant surgery! Every step of the path was made so easy by the team. The Customer service I receive was exceptional. All my queries were clarified very well. When I arrived in Turkey, everything was well arranged. The hotel was very nice and friendly environment. The clinic was phenomenal with beautiful art pieces and exceptional level of cleanliness, care and warm environment . Everyone was kind and respectful. The team during the surgery made me feel reassured and supported. The procedure was completely pain free! The team who did the procedure was so skilled and the doctor came to ensure the hairline was done well!! At no point I felt worried because the team made me feel reassured. I also wanted teeth cleaning and this was so quickly organised and it was done so perfectly. You get a lot for what you pay for in this clinic and am sure I will be going back again to the clinic for further surgery! Thank you Cemal for answering all my queries and being so helpful . Élif was also very supportive and guided me well while I was in the UK so thank you !

The services produced by the clinic from the beggining till the end are on the highest level. From my arriving to Istanbul I was kindly met by transportation company and transfered to hotel. Hotel,reserved by clinic is very good with all the services you need and transfers to and from clinic are included. At clinic I was met by two kind ladies Gülnur and Anzhela who explained me everything and helped me with all needed all the period. The services of a clinic by replacing were made very well,I am very exited. The personel are very kind and helpfull. Will be exited to come here again in a half of a year or in a year for proceeding my hair treatment.

Serkan has anger issues and gets very defensive: I wasn’t happy with the hairline, so I messaged Eda. On 20th March 2024, Eda got back to me. Serkan invited me for a restoration of the frontal line, specifically 800 grafts. Eda confirmed on WhatsApp, “You can kindly request adjustments if you are not happy in the middle of the operation when they draw the line for the second time,” and “It is not an issue for us.” You guys are a “big brand,” and your so-called doctor, Serkan, walks in, draws the line, and then rushes out a few moments later. I politely questioned him, saying this is not what I mentioned on WhatsApp. He replied that if I wanted the hairline, I needed to pay extra, insisting that my hair was good and that I had not been invited for this specific procedure. Then what's the point of me coming? I traveled four hours with my brother, who took time off to accompany me. Dr. Serkan went ballistic, saying they would not be doing the hairline again because it wasn't done the first time, and the top crown would not be treated. His attitude changed, becoming super aggressive when we asked why. It seemed like no one had ever questioned “Dr. Serkan Aygin” before. He claimed they were already giving me a free treatment of 1100 grafts and that he was doing me a favor. At this point, we asked him to calm down as his voice was raised. I was surprised and shocked to witness this behavior. How could a so-called “Dr. Serkan” make it all about money? Pay more, and then they’ll do it? Then what did I pay for in the first place? Words suddenly came out like, “You should thank me,” and “You want a piece of the whole cake.” He aggressively touched my hair. I told Dr. Serkan I had taken second opinions from different hair transplant companies. He then touched me on the shoulder aggressively, demanded to see them, slammed the laptop in front of me, and told me to put on a Zoom call. His customer service representative told him to calm down, and he walked out, suggesting that we leave if we didn’t want the procedure. It felt like he wanted to physically assault me. I was frightened and even told his customer service to leave us alone and not convince us otherwise. I traveled all the way to Turkey to be spoken to in an unworthy, inhumane manner. This experience suggests that Doku Medical has no care for patients like myself, as demonstrated by your owner, who treated me poorly, made me feel small, embarrassed, and as if I had done something wrong. He behaved as if he was status-wise superior, displaying threatening behavior. I had to tell him to calm down, as he had zero respect. I felt so frightened the next day to go into surgery, wondering what could happen. Cemeal was great in reassuring us and had to defend your doctor. I should have never been treated like this. “They can go,” “You should respect me,” and “You should thank me” – you would have assumed he was the customer. Not once did I disrespect or raise my voice, unlike him. This was the worst experience ever. I even regret choosing Doku Medical as I feel let down and have changed my opinion. This seriously needs looking into, and saying sorry will just be words now, as it seems like Dr. Serkan is being protected by his customer service when his true colors have come out.

Expérience incroyable, super organisation vous êtes pris en charge de l’aéroport et tout au long de votre séjour (une femme seul peut venir en toute confiance),hôtel top, le cadre de la Clinic est dingue on se croirait dans une galerie d’art( aucun stress), et les médecins et personnels sont bienveillants à votre écoute et d’une gentillesse touchante. Je recommande fortement à tout qui se pose des questions.
