I had an issue with my tofu purchased from the store having gone bad, so I went in around 8:15 pm to return/exchange it. An associate named Carol told me customer service was unfortunately closed at that time, but when I told her I had purchased the tofu 3 hours beforehand and it was bad, she immediately took my concern to heart and was very kind to ask her boss to help me with an exchange. Carol went out of her way to help me problem solve exchanging the tofu despite customer service being closed, and even offered me a bag to carry my new tofu out in.
