I got a 10" pizza and it was great. My wife, on the other hand, got chicken broccoli fettuccine and it was not good. The cream sauce was very watered down, the broccoli was raw, almost like they dumped raw broccoli in at the last minute, and she said it had basically no flavor. We've eaten at Arni's before and did not have this experience. Her words going out the door were "very disappointed." Also, the server we had tonight acted like she would rather have been anyplace besides work. She was fairly attentive but we definitely could tell she didn't want to be there. Overall, tonight was a mediocre experience at best.
Top notch pizza! Beautiful pie, scrumptious taste, delivered piping hot, perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked.
Pricing was moderate but in my opinion worth the cost to not eat a sub-standard pizza.
The wait staff was friendly and efficient. Several checks were made to see if we needed anything.
Great food, great service. Job well done! We will be back!
We were regulars however have decided to stop going to the 135 location. While understanding being short staffed, we are constantly told (last 6 visits) we have to wait to be seated when the restaurant is mostly empty. We are a party of five, 3 being kids.
Instead of being told we have to wait, would be better if the host(s) just standing around saying we need to wait could seat us, get a round of drinks, maybe some breadsticks and say the waitress will be with us when we can.
While we have to wait, smaller parties seem to be ok being seated ahead of us. Restaurant seems to have a lack of accountability and poor management. Likely why they are always understaffed and turning away guests.
