Worst experience of my life.
John Ejikeme has been the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever had. He’s not nice and he’s is NOT compassionate. I felt like he ignored what I had to say and I only had a 20 minute meeting.. I feel very discouraged and worse than when I started medvidi. I am having a psychotic break from this experience. Medvidi is a mistake! If I could give John Ejikeme no stars, I would.

John Ejikeme is an amazing psych and has been the first Dr. that I have had that has listened to me and has asked tough questions that made me explain how I feel and we were able to start a treatment plan.
My perception had issues getting filled, and they fixed it

Alan was very gracious and helpful.
I was frustrated and had an attitude while speaking to her and she handled me with grace. Her responses softened my heart and ultimately I apologized to her. Thank you, Alan.

I did not have a good experience. It was a total waste of money and time! The doctor I spoke with was busy finishing a meal when she arrived a few minutes late to our online appt. When she ended the call she was busy primping and re-applying her lip gloss! So inappropriate! Uggh!
I felt like she didn't understand my problem or my needs. I felt like a weirdo when I told her my problem... Kinda like REALLY... that's strange?!?!?
Don't waste your time with online doctors, go into their office, see them face to face! Hopefully, they won't be finishing a meal or reapplying their lip gloss.
Also, she did not look at the medical paperwork I submitted. She said NOTHING about the assault that occurred early September and sent me to the E.R. with a concussion and hematoma. She mentioned nothing of my medical labs submitted.
I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!! I'm currently looking for employment and I don't have the extra $200 I spent on this' less than 30 minute' appointment... SO frustrated!
***UPDATE*** Even after MEDvidi's response below, they were able to do absolutely NOTHING to help me out or refund my money. Total B.S.

BUYER BEWARE! I am currently on the phone with them now and their representative (Natalie) is unable to get anyone in the escalation department to answer her call. Makes one wonder how many billing disputes do they actually receive daily. I closed my account with them on the 19th due to them charging me, still no refund or communication about it. The problem is I never authorized them to bill me for a year in advance.(Over $3,000) They keep escalating my issue because it buys them 72 hours each time. We are now 6 days in and no resolution.
