I’d recommend MEDvidi to anyone. It’s self pay only which can pose a problem for some people but that’s the only not positive thing I can say about it. It matches me with a doctor with top tier credentials and he was empathetic and listened to me. He gave me all the necessary assessments and diagnosis that I have been trying to get Doctors to do in person for years now. My script was sent to the pharmacy with allowable substitutions and they were easily contacted by the pharmacy when we had a question about my script. I just can’t say enough good things about this service.
My doctor did a very thorough question and answer with me. Super detailed not just a doctor but a life coach.

I’ve enjoyed using my doctor, and feel I have found relief in the medication I have now been prescribed, but now on my fourth monthly visit, I have discovered you MUST have a follow up visit EVERY MONTH to keep getting your prescription refilled. This policy is not to help the patient. This is to make you PAY them indefinitely. It’s honestly shameless and I want patients to know this. Because now that I’m finally on the right path, I now know the company does not care about my wellbeing. They just want my money.

I’m very appreciative of the same-day appointment availability and the quality of the physicians. The intake was thorough, and the provider was kind, attentive, and took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly.
At this point, I would rate the "report prescription issue" turnaround 3/5. I submitted multiple requests to transfer one of my prescriptions during stated working hours, but there was a delay in processing. After contacting the call line a few minutes ago, I was reassured that the provider will cancel the original prescription and send a new one by tomorrow morning.
I’m hopeful this will be resolved soon and does not take more than a week, as some other reviews have mentioned. I plan to update my rating once everything is completed. Overall, I truly value the convenience and quality of care provided.

This was the worst teledoc experience I have ever had. The level of incompetence was unbelievable. If you run into any issues, consider your money gone. There is no real customer support, only a basic call center with people who can do nothing more than schedule appointments. Their dashboard is a joke, and submitting an error or complaint goes absolutely nowhere. Their chat system is even worse, because no one ever responds.
I made eight calls in forty-eight hours and kept getting the same empty lines: “we’ve notified your provider,” “we’ve escalated your error,” “your provider will resolve this today.” None of it was true. Nothing was resolved, nothing was fixed, and I was completely abandoned by this company.
Using this service is a major risk. They do not help you, they do not follow through, and they do not take responsibility for their own failures. I will be reporting them to the BBB and to the appropriate medical agencies for their negligence.

Prescription not being sent and cannot get answers.
Everything started out great. I still do love my doctor although I'm not sure if he's at fault for this or not. But my appointment was 12/5 which was five days earlier than I needed my script. Alright that's fine, I'll just wait five days and go pick it up. No big deal. However, after the appointment, my medication was never sent to the pharmacy and the issue has been reported via the medvidi support options twice. Both times I got a response of completed. But yet no prescription. So I call and get NOTHING! Just another one of the same speeches about the care team will reach out to the provider for an update. This is now 7 days later and I'm hearing the exact same thing. It's impossible to get clear answers and youre not allowed contact with your doctor unless you pay the hundreds of dollars and wait for an appointment. I was finally receiving the help that I needed and now I'm dealing with this. Smh. Not responding to a patient with information as to why their prescription isn't being sent to the pharmacy is in my opinion borderline negligence. I just want to know what the hold up is and when it will be there. The doctor seems very polite, professional, and genuinely cares when I see him for my appointments. But this is too much. I have attached the reports below where it clearly says the issue is "completed" and it IS NOT. You can also see that this is the second time that they've said this with no answers.

Absolute scam. Charged $195 for the initial consult, The doctor showed up 10 minutes late, ran through a conversation like it was a chore, then never followed up on the next steps we landed on. I reached out to customer support 3 times to get answers and I got nothing. I am fighting for a refund because no service was actually provided. The doctor was Odiri Akushe. Terrible experience, buyer beware.
Mental Health Predators
I had a terrible experience with this provider. After a brief discussion on my ADHD, I was told I’d start medication, but the process was extremely disorganized. Despite uploading all required documents promptly, I received no communication for days. I had to continually follow up, only to be met with vague responses and no resolution. Twelve days after my appointment, I found out they were waiting on additional tests, something they could’ve informed me about immediately. Even after providing the requested document, I never received further updates. Nearly a month later, I am left without medication, help, or answers. I feel scammed after paying $195 for essentially nothing. This has caused significant stress and disruption to my life. Highly disappointing.

Did a great job at quickly; efficiently and kindly handling the issue at hand. Customer service and especially Ema have always been great at handling the problem at hand! The only issues that arise are directly correlated with the online platform. There is constant issues with appointments being missed on the care providers end, because of the online platform. I have been told by my care providers personally “there was an appointment I missed with you? I’m so sorry I didn’t get notified?” The customer service and care providers at Medvidi are amazing, but the online platform has to be worked on. I often feel I have to call to ensure my appointment is set because of my several missed appointments from some type of online issue occurring 😞. Emma, thank you very much for the help today! 🙂
