Such a kind and caring staff at Medvet when my precious little angel passed away on Labor Day weekend. They took care of her cremation and saved her white hair and made a paw print for me to remember the 13yrs and 6 months that we spent together. Then all the staff signed a beautiful card for me to keep. Mandi and I send our love and appreciation for their care and thoughtfulness during this most difficult time of mourning her loss. Her ashes will be with me forever.

Today I found out that my best friend of 15 years was suffering from heart and liver failure. The staff at Vetmed were kind and everything my best fur friend needed in her last moments. Thank you to the staff.

My dog is incredibly important to me and when choosing a team to care for her it is really important to trust that they will provide the services they promise and in a way that aligns with the mission statement they promote. This was not the case when using MedVet. After leaving my beloved dog in their care, they communicated that they were no longer able to provide her the care they promised and we paid for and it was then my responsibility to pick my dog up from their facility and transport her to another facility while she was in a precarious medical state. This was incredibly disappointing and could have caused serious harm to my dog. I will not promote this business, nor would I use them in the future because they are unable to uphold the mission statement they promote.

My brother Hairo, took Milo our cat in for evaluation because he seemed lethargic and was not comfortable sitting upright. While he was able to walk, run and eat when he was able to without showing discomfort. We knew something was off and decided to head to Medvet. After being assessed by Vet & lab tests were completed, his labs came back with high glucose levels and high white blood cell count (meaning there is a sort of localized infection). After being given our results, the vet could not provide a diagnosis because they didn’t know where the infection was located and was told to just offer SUPPORT. No antibiotics, no MEDICATION was given. $800 of pure waste of time and felt like this was robbery - Now more so because today 9/7/23 (day after), he is not doing better and likely this “infection” is spreading.
Thanks MEDVET for your lack of help, never been disappointed by an ER vet such as this one. We want a refund!
