I came in with my husband and our 11year old cat Morgana who was not doing well. They immediately took her back and helped her. The Dr was very knowledgeable and helpful and the staff was very friendly. They offered coffee and even blankets while we waited. They only thing that I really did not like was those waited 6 hours and did not get to see Morgana once during this time. It created more anxiety than needed. We were only given information about every couple hours so the agony of not seeing her was not nice. More updates on our animal or a way to see her would be better. They did give her medicine and she has started eating again. It was however too expensive and we are now in debt just to help our little family member.
