Was easy to get an appointment at short notice. Place was very clean we were served rapidly. However, we had to call back to get results in time for our flight. ALSO, I had to re-do the payment twice (seemingly did not work first time) and was indeed CHARGED TWICE. Now attempting to get reimbursement...not easy from Canada! I wrote (in Spanish using Google translate) two weeks ago about the problem and did not get any feedback at all! Owner, if you read this, please help! UPDATE: After my post, the lab has contacted me and has been actively working to get the issue resolved. Upgrading my rating to three stars! UPDATE: Now have received reimbursement. Upgrading to 4 stars for responsiveness to this post (i would suggest they offer the same level of support when we write to email offerred on web site)

Ya es la 2da ocasión que me sucede la falta de capacitación hace que gaste tu dinero miserablemente en dos ocasiones me ha dado positivo justo antes de viajar y ha tenido que salir corriendo a otro laboratorio haceme otra vez el examen y ha dado negativo al final Los costos del los análisis se me disparan yo recomiendo no ir ahí

Pésimo servicio no saben hacer la prueba de antígenos fui a regalarles mi dinero. Apenas si te pasan el hisopo por la entrada de la nariz y eso como consecuencia dio falsos negativos y a contagiar a quien se te acerque. Cuidado con laboratorio de dudosa calidad

La prueba de antígeno que se le tomó fue nasal y la que usted menciona es nasofaríngea, existen diferentes pruebas con diferentes métodos de toma y ambos están aprobados por cofepris.
Lo importante para un resultado certero es la carga viral con la cual cuente el paciente que puede variar en horas para que salga un resultado positivo o negativo, y por ese motivo existe variación en un resultado de un día a otro.
