Worst Experience
Very disappointing experience. I called MedCare Mobility before placing the order and also chatted with them to confirm that I could proceed. Based on their confirmation, I made the payment.
After waiting 3 days, they suddenly informed me that the item was not available and refunded the order. This is extremely frustrating, especially when buying medical/accessibility equipment for a disabled family member. Time matters in these situations. We are trying to arrange safe shower access, and delays like this create real problems for families and caregivers.
What makes it worse is that the refund can take up to 5 business days, so now my money is tied up and I have to start searching all over again. If an item is not available, customers should be told before payment is taken - especially after they call and chat to confirm.
Very poor inventory handling, poor customer experience, and no respect for the urgency involved when dealing with disabled peopleโs needs. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Unfortunately, this particular product was a specialty item supplied by one of our manufacturers. After your order was placed, we were unexpectedly notified that it was no longer available. While we work diligently with many manufacturers to keep product availability as accurate as possible, situations like this can occasionally occur outside of our direct control.
As soon as we received that information, we immediately contacted you and processed a full refund without delay so there would be no unnecessary waiting on our end. We understand that banking institutions may still require several business days to return funds to your account, and we certainly recognize how frustrating that can be.
This experience is not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide every day.
