We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad met ons dochtertje van 3 maanden. Baby bedje was in orde, ook strandhanddoeken waren voorzien. Jammer van de drukke baan, want verder is de locatie super!

This was a simply perfect appartment for us, with two kids (4 years and 11 months), what a great stay, in a very new app complex, a cosy atmosphere, very clean and new entrance hall. Such a clean and great kitchen with everything you need, two (!) bedrooms and a balcony! Such a friendly welcome, with personal service and explanation, red wine and beer as a welcome drink, very clean baby bed and chair, simply everything perfect. Except, to reach the really nice city center of El Medano (playground, nice restaurants and beach), is a 8 min walk... And, it can be windy sometimes :) Thank you so much!!!

☺Prachtig appartement, zeer netjes en alle voorzieningen aanwezig, groot, mooi zwembad, maar niet verwarmd : dus in december te koud om te zwemmen kortbij de zee en niet ver van El Medano centrum. Een ondergrondse garage was ook praktisch.
☹Onverwarmd zwembad. Soms straatlawaai het opgegeven huisnummer klopte niet. Gelukkig was er iemand van het kantoor ter plekke.

☺Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto nella sua semplicità. Dotato di ogni confort necessario per una vacanza in relax.
Il residence La Perla nel quale è collocato è raffinato , riservato ed elegante, una magnifica piscina rende piacevole la vacanza, ed è ottima nelle giornate ventose. Ottima posizione soprattutto per chi pratica windsurf.
Altra cosa importante il garage con posto auto riservato.

☺Das Apartment bot eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Balkon war toll, um sich rauszusetzen und zu frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer. Betten waren komfortabel.
☹Der Straßenlärm hat manchmal etwas genervt, insbesondere wenn man draußen auf dem Balkon sitzt. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und war jetzt auch nicht weiter tragisch.

Le service de conciergerie est très bien, l'appartement était super propre.
