Great location, 2minutes to the beach and a 10-15min walk into el Medano town centre. ☺ Property was perfect. Would love to go back :) Loved watching the sunrise from the roof top area :) ☹ The only thing I would add would be a full length mirror. I am 5,2 and all the mirrors were too high except the bathroom mirror.

Very Good ☺ Gated complex of fairly modern purpose built apartment blocks. Clean and tidy, great views. ikea bed and furniture so functional and comfortable bed. about a 10 minute stroll to El Medano - plenty of on street parking. ☹ one of the locks to the gated complex was broken.

Very good. ☺ Good location. Apartment generally good and well equipped. Would have liked grab rails for shower over bath. Would have liked fold up beach chairs. ☹ Bedroom very basic, lacked a bedside table, Pool was unheated and too cold to use.

Just about perfect for two of us, We would certainly stay there again. ☺ Fantastic location - quiet, with a lovely beach on the doorstep yet an easy (and scenic) 10 minute stroll into El Medano. Spotlessly clean, fresh, clutter-free apartment, well equipped new kitchen, extremely comfy, generous double bed, good sized bathroom and a comfortable sitting area with a very high spec TV. Big balcony with table and chairs, plus fantastic views from the roof terrace. Didn’t feel overlooked at all - very private. Communal areas were very clean and well maintained ( efficient lift too). Would stay there again, without question. ☹ Even though it was November, it was hot and sunny - lovely but an umbrella for shade over the outside dining table would have been useful. The hot water did feel as though it was running out a couple of times after we had both had showers.

etwas abseits vom Massentourismus ☺Das Service von Jochen war professionell und außergewöhnlich. Da wir nicht im Massentourismus wohnen wollten war die Wohnung für uns optimal. Wohnanlage nicht sehr alt. ☹Außer der Couch ist nichts gemütlich und somit weit von der (ursprünglichen?) 5 Sternen Bewertung entfernt. Kein Sonnenschutz weder auf dem Balkon, noch auf der Dachterrasse. Keine Sitzpolster weder beim Esstisch noch auf dem Balkon, keine Liegen am Pool,.... Super Mediensystem mit 1000en Programmen, allerdings nur eingeschränkt bis gar nicht nutzbar, da das Internet nicht mit macht, sodass KEIN Film durchgehend angesehen werden kann (Bild bleibt stehen, Ton fällt aus,...) Flugzeuglärm
